Superb hotel , beautiful room , ambience was amazing , right from reception and throughout the stay the hotel staff made our stay very comfortable. Hotel was beautiful exterior and interior. I felt that I was staying in my own place. I would definitely stay here again. A special mention to Mr.Sanjiv 🧓 (front desk) he’s been helpful all the time I have checked in hotel. He’s such a humble *** and helped me a lot during the stay to explore city and from my very first time in SANGAM till now Mr. Sanjiv been really helpful and with such an ease & calm he did all the need. The cleanliness, amenities and service was generally satisfactory. The WiFi is strong but toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toilet rolls are not provided. We booked a suite with 2 double beds but upon arrival was told that our booking was not received and they don’t have a room with 2 double beds. So information found in trip.com and the hotel does not tally. It will be good if the system updates the room types that are truly available. Overall, the stay was comfortable, despite some issues during check in.

Beautiful and clean rooms, good environment. Elegant and traditional looking and overall enjoyed the stay. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Would love to visit again

It is a decent hotel but not a 3 star as claimed, and overpriced for the service, rooms were neat but you will feel like you are seeping in the middle of a busy street, after a long drive you need peaceful sleep to continue your journey but the noises from outside, (bus horns, autos, engine sounds) will make it difficult for you to sleep and hotel staff not ready to change your room to the other side, not ready to give one extra complimentary water bottle, (no hotel has refused so far), customer service level is not to the mark, Welcoming with smile and wishing is the only service they know Breakfast is very limited only south Indian and some breads, even egg not available, but it was tasty, it is a decent hotel but over priced and not 3 star as shown in the web sites, if you plan to stay insist for rooms on the back or be ready to sacrifice your sleep,

There was building work going on next door. The rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not great but water was hot. Wi-Fi was ok. Good location as near to the bus terminal. Good parking facilities too. Only local breakfast available and no choice as they just knock you door randomly in the morning and give you a tray

Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist behave good and polite manner and friendly. Restaurant was very good and delivered on before time.
