Comfy bed,hot powerful shower,warm and quiet room. Nice food and pint in the bar so nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel, walking distance to Westwood cross shopping centre. Not too far for a drive to the beach. Restaurant opposite if do not want to go to far to find somewhere to eat.

Stayed here a few times , nice people, pub across the road has a good menu and food is lovely, hotel rooms could do with a lick of paint but apart from that a great place to stay 👍👍👍

It's a hotel I often use because it's reasonably priced and has a good location, but in the room I stayed this time, I could hear a lot of low noise coming from outside, which bothered me.

I have stayed here many times. Amazing value as always. The only slight negative for me is that breakfast service starts too late on a Saturday (I’m here for work so needed to get cracking), so I had to eat out. Other than that, great as usual.

We attended for lunch and it was a lovely vibe. server Daniel was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Got us a table that had space for the buggy. The food was served very fast we didn’t have to wait long and the quality was amazing! Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back

We arrived and were checked in swiftly. Staff were all very professional and friendly, from the cleaners to the bar staff. Our Room was nice, we had very comfortable beds and the Pub had nice food for Dinner and Breakfast the next day. Very pleasant stay!

If you want a good night's sleep then this is not the place for you!
Mattress rock hard i had little to no sleep at all.

Jay runs this simple,uber cheap(but not inferior,it's great )establishment superbly well...it is really nice to see a manager who is always there(we have stayed twice before)=Rooms are clean,functional and have all youneed for £58!!!!!!The meals are great ,served by lovely waiters...Manu and Taylor. Keep up the good work...Marston's should promote Jay..an absolute diamond Thoroughly recommend..so easy yo get to Broadstairs, Margate,Ramsgate etc.
