It was the good stay with ginger hotel.........all the staff was helpful in nature and so polite with the guest especially krishna and Abhishek from front office they helped me with quick check in process when I was too tired .....also I liked the restaurant food it was delicious

room was average, as mattress was not good room have full of mosquitos wash room not not hygiene and leaking water from flush, food was okay but costly

The staff at the ginger hotel Thane in thane west were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. Front office boy Krishna was very nice boy The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through ginger hotel thane..😊
