The rooms are good just lack some cleaning aspects, room service is also good just they don't have an in-house restaurant, whatever you need you need to order from delivery, location is great, have good food joints nearby need to increase the breakfast quality and options available

It is good to see such good hotels in kalyan. Hassle free checkin. Rooms are good and equipped with coffee and tea maker. Beds and linens were neat and clean. Only thing is, you may have to order dinner / lunch from a restaurant ( prasad food divine ) which is at the second floor of the hotel and pay on delivery. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. Make sure that you don’t forget to collect your breakfast coupons while choking in to the hotel. Taste and quality of breakfast served is ok ok.

Stayed for one night on business trip. Location & accessibility- easy ambience- very good cleanliness- excellent room size - spacious breakfast- good overall a very good hotel. But tv was not in operation. Though reception person promised to start it, but did not happen. Breakfast time 8 am, though was told as 7. 30 am. So if one is planning for early start of the day, it can be concern. Room service is from the restaurant in the same premises, hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. Rated as 3, due to absence of very basic- tv operation.

Gurudev grand was really a grand hotel for stay in main location. Staffs were very good, hospitality. I stayed for 2 days. Was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
