酒店位置和設施都非常好，湄公河邊的河景絕美。除了別墅以外的房型都是全新裝修的（沒有甲醛味），餐食也可口。重點是服務滿分！！！入住期間酒店幫了我們以下幾個大忙：
1.酒店免費贈送孔帕平瀑布或裏皮瀑布景區大門票（二選一）
2.在東德島遊覽時沒有注意回程渡船的結束時間，錯過了最後一艘船。酒店前台經理楊紅梅幫忙聯繫船來接，助我們一行順利下島入住
3.在孔帕平瀑布遊覽期間不慎在觀景平台將手機掉下河床，路過的酒店覃舒文副總經理和本地翻譯王龍飛出手鼎力相助，由王龍飛冒着危險下到五六米下的河床幫我把手機撿回。
4.退房後已離開巴色，才發現自己不慎把護照落在酒店房間桌縫。為了幫我把護照寄到琅勃拉邦，酒店前台經理楊紅梅、胡凱妍一直幫忙協調機場與快遞公司，由老撾籍前台員工Thidphachan幫忙把護照帶至三小時車程外的巴色，且專程跑了兩次機場才將護照寄出。全程衹收了快遞費5萬基普（15元）。
酒店團隊服務盡心，協同高效，為我留下了深刻的印象！我堅信酒店的未來會越來越好，也強推各位朋友多去美麗的四千美島看看，下榻漫漫精品酒店。

酒店包攬了很長的一段湄公河延岸，風景優美。
酒店是中國人自己打理的，菜餚也很符合國人口味。
這裏特別要表揚前台經理BESS楊宏梅，業務精湛，熱情有加。給予我們很多旅遊諮訊和建議，在我們迷失方向的時候，及時給予幫助。
來四個美島，漫漫酒店是最好的選擇。
