Eden Beach Khaolak Resort and Spa A Lopesan Collection Hotel

Very impressed. The hotel is before going up the hill to Khao Lak. But if you want to travel to Khao Lak, there is a free shuttle. The hotel is shady with many trees. Not crowded. The beach is beautiful. There are many beds in front of the beach. The pool is wide. You can watch the sunset at the pool just right. Breakfast is good and there is a variety. Next time, I will definitely go back to stay again. 🫶🏻

The hotel is not bad, the room is small and the shop is small Point, but well equipped. It's very close to the pier, so you don't have to get up so early. But I heard that you can go directly to Similan by speedboat from Phuket, so you don’t need to stay in Khao Lak.

The room we were arranged in on the first floor smelled very musty as soon as we opened the door, which made it difficult to breathe. Later we asked to change rooms because it was really uncomfortable to stay there. The attitude of the front desk staff was very ugly, but it was obviously a problem with the room, so we endured it and stayed. The room was not clean. My husband and I felt itchy in several places when we woke up in the morning. 3. The breakfast environment is open, and there are many flies on the bread and fruits. It is disgusting and I can't eat it. Originally, the hotel is very convenient to Similan, but the service, software, and hygiene really make me want to tell fellow compatriots who have not come here to never choose it.

The staff cleans the room every day, the room is air-conditioned and there is no dampness on the bed. The variety of breakfast is the same every day, rich and with many choices, but there are no surprises. It is not unpalatable and has about 70 points. The hotel facilities are limited and a stay of two or three days is enough as it is not a very large hotel. There is a spa in the hotel that is worth trying. The price is very reasonable and the environment is very good. Due to the location of the hotel, it takes about 10 minutes to get there by car from the center of Khao Lak, so walking is not too far. The hotel's free shuttle bus was full for three consecutive days, which really made me feel helpless. And it’s the off-season. The customer service at the front desk told me that before checking into the hotel, I don’t know how many days in advance I need to reserve a seat before I can take the ride. How would a guest know if it was his first time checking in, and the front desk did not feel very helpful. If you want to go to the city center, they can help you call a taxi. It costs 600 baht for a round trip. It feels like you are being cheated. Finally, I decided to drive a motorcycle by myself. Fortunately, my husband brought an international license plate. There is a small travel agency on the street below the hotel, a few minutes' walk away. You can rent a motorcycle for 250 baht a day, based on 24 hours. In conclusion, I will definitely not stay at this hotel again next time. At the same time, I hope that the staff of this hotel will work harder to train them!
