The hotel has a good ecology and good facilities. The children had a lot of fun playing here. There are also small animals around. The hotel’s restaurant is not expensive, so you don’t need to leave the hotel when you bring your children!

Although many people recommend staying at this hotel when island hopping on Koh Racha, I really recommend that you don't go island hopping and just enjoy one or two nights at this hotel. The hotel has great greenery, the gym has a beautiful sea view, and there is a 711 and two very delicious restaurants just a short walk away. The most important thing is that it is very quiet on the Khao Lak Beach side, without the noise of Kata Beach, so for us it is more peaceful to have a good vacation.

Very cool hotel, beautiful, cozy, you want to look at everything, the pool is warm, it has a view of the sea, a delicious cafe with a view of the sea, for reasonable money. It smells very nice on the territory! BUT the breakfasts are very poor, in a room with poor ventilation, you eat and sweat. Food: yoghurts, fruits, vegetables are not covered, not in the refrigerator, insects fly over all this, green flies crawl .. so-so.

We stayed for one night, everything seemed fine, but when we went to bed we found long black hair on the sheet and sand, they obviously didn't change the sheets before us, we didn't call anyone, we were very tired, we just shook the sheets and went to bed🙈. Breakfasts are sufficient, buffet, but the dishes are dirty, especially the cups, and it's very, very hot in the restaurant, next time I'll book a different hotel.

Firstly, the room we thought we booked didn’t have a bath, despite the website saying it did.
We had a deluxe room, it was a large room. What let it down was nowhere to store our luggage which meant our cases were on the floor the whole time. Bathroom is incorporated into the room, the shower was small and mouldy. After 8 days the shower wasn’t cleaned and mould continued to grow. The fridge didn’t work, we also had problems with the safe not working, and toilet blocked, housekeeping was hit and miss. We would have to call in the afternoon as our room hadn’t been cleaned.
The pool area was nice, right on a lovely beach…this was until other guests starting smoking. We spoke to staff about this but found they didn’t want confrontation. Also ******** was wafting through on a regular basis, again found it difficult to get anything done about this. The pool towels were old, stained. The toilets were right near the Sunne Bar which stunk.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was just perfect. Definitely coming back!
