Per motivi di lavoro ho soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura con i miei due mici Luce e Jerry 😊 . I proprietari con il personale ci hanno accolto con un caloroso benvenuto in struttura facendoci sentire subito a casa ❤️ . Sono stati disponibili alle nostre esigenze . Ma soprattutto tengo a sottolineare che per la prima volta mi sono sentita tranquilla a lasciare i miei due mici da soli in struttura perché è un hotel dove c’è tanta tranquillità e il personale con i proprietari sono super attenti . La struttura si presenta con uno stile classico , la nostra camera era molto bella sia a livello di design che di luminosità 🔆 Il personale che si occupa delle pulizie sono super efficiente e cordiali . Ho avuto modo di cenare in struttura , il ristorante l’ho trovato accogliente e piatti molto buoni . La parte della piscina è bellissima tutto curato nei dettagli. Sono veramente contenta di questo soggiorno . Ringrazio vivamente i proprietari , persone di cuore e tutto il personale per averci fatto sentire a casa . Un Grazie da me Luce e Jerry ❤️

Un breve, piacevole, soggiorno a Tezze sul Brenta A parte il qui pro quo in reception, comunque risolta in tempi brevi, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. L'albergo soffre un pochino l'età, ma tutto sommato, è mantenuto ancora molto bene.

Siamo stati in questo locale come invitati per una festa. Il buffet iniziale è stato apprezzabile: buono, vario e abbondante ma purtroppo, il resto della cena, seduti al tavolo, non ha soddisfatto per nulla le aspettative... I camerieri, per la maggior parte cortesi (tranne uno) hanno dato un'impressione di totale disorganizzazione e confusione. Vagavano con i piatti in mano, non sapevano su quale tavolo continuare a portare, le portate sono arrivate in modo frammentario al nostro tavolo, con tempi di attesa molto lunghi (fino a un'ora tra una pietanza e l'altra), e purtroppo spesso sono arrivate tiepide se non addirittura fredde. La qualità dei piatti è stato al di sotto delle aspettative (giudizio oggettivo visto che a molti non è piaciuto) ma così come il vino, che non è stato sicuramente all'altezza dell'occasione. Infine il dolce, che fuori da ogni senso è arrivato dopo il caffè, non ha per niente convinto e dava l'impressione di essere un prodotto industriale. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma nel complesso la serata non è stata per nulla soddisfacente. Esperienza negativa!

Abbiamo iniziato a frequentare Villa Pigalle per caso andando a mangiare con menù turistico; la location della sala da pranzo è molto bella con tovaglie in fiandra dorate, posate doppie e completo di bicchieri, cameriere simpatico e disponibile, gran buffet di verdure, menù diverso per ogni giorno della settimana, pesce il venerdì. Atmosfera elegante e tranquilla, i titolari mangiano le stesse cose e sono nella stessa stanza, torniamo ogni settimana. Ho Organizzato anche una cena per ex studenti delle superiori che prevedeva aperitivo, antipasto, primo,secondo, buffet di contorni, dolce con spumante, caffè e digestivi, il tutto è stato molto gradito dai presenti.

Non c'era la camera !!! Arrivato ore 20. Alla reception la signorina millantava di non avere ricevuto la prenotazione da ******* e che pertanto la camera non era pronta. Dopo mie lamentele alla fine mi comunica che non avevano camere disponibili, quindi non solo non era pronta ma non c'era proprio la camera. Unica nota positiva è che ci ha trovato lei una sistemazione in hotel vicino con il quale collaborano ... assomigli molto a pratica di overbooking già vista
