No hay valet parking, el auto se queda en la calle y no tienen vigilante. No tienen quien te ayude a subir maletas hasta el hotel, la calle donde te estacionas está llena de hoyos. No hay Serví bar. Me parece muy caro para la ciudad y la falta de servicios.

No lo conocía, ya que años atrás visite esta ciudad y es muy fria y llueve todo el día, aunque es muy interesante y me queda claro que es una ciudad importante de la sierra norte de Puebla, el restaurante del hotel se come muy bien, cocina regional mezclada con cocina de autor. La habitación limpia, con amenidades, pequeña pero comoda, con lo necesario para sobrevivir el clima. puedes trabajar a gusto tanto en restaurante con vista al cerro famoso y a la iglesia del Carmen por el otro. Vi en el lobby y pasillos obras de arte, me sorprendió ver Toledo y Coronel, en esta región nunca los habia visto, lo cual da confianza y se entiende el buen gusto hotelero, ojala algún día vuelva a ir.
