Had an emergency come up and asked desk to checkout day early, they told me no problem they would refund me for the next day. I checked out before noon. I checked on refund and ******* said they refused now. Called ******* again and they said there is nothing they can do. What a bunch of garbage, was given permission by the manager, even called ******* BEFORE I left everyone said no problem. Still have not gotten anything, spoke with manager once again said no problem have ******* call us to take care of it. Once again ******* contacts them and they said they would not. Either the Manager is Lying directly to me or ******* is, they have both lost my business it seems and neither care.
