I booked through Trip.com. I went to check in. There was a sign that said call for assistance. I used the front desk phone and tried 4 times. The call would ring through but no one would speak then they would hang up. I went and got my phone from the car. Finally a woman ran in from outside saying they were overbooked by the “third party” and not to worry I wouldn’t be charged. The front desk area reeked if cigarette smoke and she smelled like beer.
Before I went to sleep at another hotel they charged me as a no-show. I reported it to my card company who then cancelled my card.
The place from the outside and lobby looked like a dump. I would never attempt to stay here again.

Nothing to like grounds dirty remodel crew the worst no pride in their work. Tv not working cigarette burns all over room fridge and microwave filthy nothing on. Bb room

The WORST place
If you trying to sleep with cockroaches, this is the right place. Didn’t have a proper lock on the door, so I couldn’t lock myself in for the night. Dirty towels were provided. And there was no toilet paper anywhere. Honestly probably the WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. Would not recommend.

I did an online reservation prepaid. Upon arrival, I told the female at the counter I was traveling by myself and I have a service animal. She had me sign a contract admission paper I suppose. She told me a pet fee was $10 that I had to pay, I told her it was a service animal due to the fact that I was tired. I needed a place to stay with the payment was nonrefundable. I decided to pay her the $10 asking for a receipt. She refused to let me have a receipt for the $10. So it is my interpretation they do not follow their policies.

The property is being totally renovated. It looks abandoned. My room was not available because they had water pipes break during the renovation so my room wasn’t available. I spent an hour and a half working with the receptionist who was trying to get her company to find me another hotel.

I drove 10 hours across the country and had a reservation and they turned me away at the door because they mistakenly overbooked the hotel. But it was the assistant manager, MICHELLE, who cussed me out on the phone when I simply asked her for a refund. She charged my card out of spite when I was upset that she did nothing but blame ******* when ******* said it was 100% the fault of the grand Hotel. Awful management! This is a disgusting hotel and I probably wouldn’t have stayed there anyway. but Michelle should be fired and she charged me even though I didn’t stay there. The parking lot was unsafe, and the management was dressed in sweatpants. After driving 10 hours across the country, you would think somebody could have called me to tell me my reservation was given away. Michelle did nothing but blame ******* when I could tell it was her fault and she was just trying to be immature and get out of trouble.
