We had a good experience at this hotel. The room was clean, and everything worked . The desk clerk was helpful. The breakfast was okay by free hotel breakfast standards. The only thing wrong was a silly $1.50 plus tax parking fee for parking in a lot the hotel shared with several other businesses. It really isn't smart to make that a customer's last impression as he checks out.

I was quoted an inclusive price on their website then they added four extra charges at checkout. One was $1.95 for parking in their unsecured lot. Not a big change but not transparent. Also mold in the shower room 108.

This hotel is really outdated and from the outside it looks like new! Inside is a different story. Breakfast was continual.

You can't beat this location! Close to all major shopping, restaurants and Starbucks! The Chief Engineer, Justin, was very accommodating and polite. The whole staff was extremely professional and made sure we felt at home. This will definitely be my first choice for hotels when coming to Texarkana.

Checked in for a 2 weeks stay. Was greeted and helped into my suite. Staff made call backs daily and room was cleaned often. Great indoor heated pool with towels. New hotel 121 all King size suites. Great work out area, close to Target and two Steak house's within walking distance. Guest shuttle for trips within a 7 mile radius of hotel which was a plus, and shopping mall right within 1 mile of hotel. What more can you ask for? Evening brunch Mon- Thur light wine and beer with great finger foods. Pet friendly and my deposit was only $75. Most hotels charge $100 or more. Hot breakfast daily! I will be back whenever I'm in Texarkana, Texas or Arkansas.
