Was everything perfect NO, However, still a 5 ⭐️. Ms Jo was the reason. Ler her know issues, she had the manager call me. I told MGR no bad review from me. If you don't know, you can't fix. SO, People, stop bashing/speak up. Let Mgr know the issues.

I booked two rooms for my wife and I and my daughter and granddaughter. We were in 423 and the AC thermostat buttons did not work. There was no wall thermostat. Even the desk lady could not find it. The bathroom door would not close and the toilet seat was broke. They brought us a fan. My daughter's room had puke stained towels. When she took them to the desk they gave her torn towels and said that was all that they had. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was apologetic and took $30 off our room when I told her about the AC. In the morning when we checked out the front desk guy couldn't care less. It's obvious that the manager is not managing the property. The housekeeping staff must be blind or careless to not notice such simple things in the rooms they are supposed to clean. The best part of the stay was walking out the door. This hotel is a dump.

My stay was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. And very roomy. The front desk staff was so nice and friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names. The only “complaint” I can think of is there is no “awning” in the front of the hotel. It was raining when we needed to load up to leave and it would have been nice to have a covered area. But I didn’t melt so all was good.

Large, spacious room with super high ceilings. Full kitchenette (full fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher). Black-out curtains. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. Reasonable pet fee. Dozens of restaurants very nearby.

My room door did not lock. Illegal and unsafe! All the front desk offered to do was give me some IHG points. Didn’t notice when I checked in, but the door was damaged. Housekeeping should have noticed, and this room never should have been rented out. Wonder what else they’re neglecting.

The staff and maids are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the I-30 and shopping/restaurants. The room is clean. The kitchen is good, however it needs more utensils, pots and pans, etc. The interior of the hotel ie. hallways and stairwells are not clean. The free laundry is not good because 2 of the 3 washers were out of service for the several weeks I was there and there was no known time of them being fixed or replaced. Other than the laundry room everything was fine. Again, the staff and room attendants are very friendly and helpful.

Room was very spacious and smelled so CLEAN. Also sheets was so crispy and bed was so soft. We looked around and found the gym. Also very spacious and a lot of options to workout with. Laundry is right next to gym so workout while doing laundry ☺️☺️☺️ Bbq was small but still nice. Parking lot was very clean and lite up. Felt safe to walk my puppy. They are pet friendly too. We were there just one night but still enjoyed.
