Very disappointing for a Marriott. We were expecting the hotel to be somewhat better than it was. We walked in and the room was outdated. There was no safe to lock up our iPads, etc., we had to take them with us every time we left the hotel. We only had room service one day during our 4 day stay. When we’d return to our room, we’d have to go to the lobby to get fresh towels and coffee for morning. The top drawer in the kitchen was nailed shut as the countertop was not cut correctly to allow it to open. The TV in the bedroom was sitting on an old outdated bureau that had all the knobs removed and each drawer was nailed shut. Whenever the people in the room above us walked across the floor, it sounded like a herd of elephants. The morning breakfast was good and the people who worked the desk were very nice. I would not choose this hotel again.

We stayed for one night while in the Boston area! Loved the hotel!!! We had a 1 bdrm suite and it was great!!! Bed and pillows very comfortable!!! Kitchen was so handy!! Two tv's, all in all a great stay and so convenient!!! Breakfast next day had some hot items and that was nice. Good coffee. Front desk also very helpful when we needed extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch!!

Horrible hotel in need of a ton of updates. Bathtub rusting. Floor tiles are loose. Carpet baseboard is no longer glued and falling over. Front desk technology is half working. One front desk computer is not working . The card scanner on the other computers is not working. Carpet in the room needs stretching. Outside of building needs maintenance. I could go on.

My daughter left her expensive beauty product in the room and was upset. Shelly at the front desk kept looking for it and calling me to give me updates. It was located and I was able to go back and get it for her. We were at a Dance Competition in Lowell. Shelly went above and beyond, and helped calm an upset teenager. Thank you!

This place is no where near Marriot standards, booked a two bedroom suite for my son’s hockey tournament. He didn’t want to use his shower because of the paint chips…then went to use mine and found a giant pile of hair. The place is unacceptable.

The first thing I noticed was the 4 flies in the room. Then I discovered my mug had coffee ring stains on the bottom. My friend opened the couch to make her bed and the blanket had blood stains on it. The knobs were missing from the bureau and the mirror was dirty. This room needed some serious cleaning. The tub was dirty too and peeling. I would not stay here again and do not recommend. I am a timeshare owner and have stayed at countless Residence Inns over the years, this is a bad one. P.S, I tried to load photos but it won't work but I do have them!

We booked this hotel under the assumption it had a pool and a hot tub. When we reserved it we were not told it was “seasonal” the room smelled weird, the entire hotel smelled weird. Customer service is subpar, when you let them know your concerns they basically brush it off like it’s nothing. Breakfast smelled fine but looked disgusting. There are a lot of things that need improvement. The thermostat in the room didn’t work, you can try to set it all you want but apparently they like to cook their guests. When I woke up it was 86° in my room and we had set it to a crisp 65°. They don’t offer anything to you other than crap coffee in the room (unless of course you want to go to the lobby and overpay on items you can get across the street at the gas station for cheaper). All in all I would never stay here again.

I have been staying in Residence Inn and Marriot properties for many years. We like the 2 bedroom suite that you can not find in other hotels. When we checked in at this Residence Inn we were shocked. The smell in the room took your breath away. We looked at another room and it also had a horrible smell in the room. It was so musty and smelled like a mixture of mildew and animals. We gasped when we walked in. This is not acceptible because it is a Marriott property. A family member was also checked in here and said to us it wasn't as bad as rooms we were shown, but also had an odor. We left and went to a Courtyard close by that was excellent. We received a reply email stating "we hope you will try us again in the future" No thanks. Marriott reps need to go here and experience this for themselves. I'm sorry its been very wet lately does not make it right. It stunk horribly! There is dry rotted wood as you enter this outside ceiling area of that room. Unbelievable.
