Beautiful hotel in gorgeous surroundings. The room had everything we needed. The spa was lovely. Food was great, service was great. We will definitely go again.

We had the loveliest experience at this hotel. From booking the room over the phone to checking out. We chose the Summer Sneakaway offer which was excellent value! Your staff should be complimented, they were all friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous on the ground floor and with a terrace. It had everything you needed. We appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge and the magazines to read. Our complimentary cocktail was served with nibbles which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Our evening meal was one of the best we have had out in a long time (and we love to eat out!) Top marks for presentation and flavour. We had a comfortable night's sleep, and the room was quiet. We enjoyed our swim in the pool in the morning before breakfast and the ourdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast menu was adequate. We also did the walk around the golf course and by the river, although we did feel this could have been sign posted a bit better as we overshot, but this might of been our bad navigation! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely birthday celebration stay!

Fabulous location. Rooms cater for all needs..excellent cleanliness. Toiletries really lovely. All staff professional. Amazing chef. Food truly scrumptious and exceedingly good quality. Thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 55th Wedding anniversary here. Would definitely highly recommend..

A couple of days stop over on a longer trip. Helpful staff and a quiet location. This is the second time staying here. Might return again in the future.

We went here as a group for a Sunday Brunch. The choice was quite good and the salads imaginative and freshly topped up. I particularly like the tandoori chicken., some found the beef burgers were a little overdone. It would have been nice to have a choice of breads, a soft white bun or roll for those who didn’t like “ cakey” bread. Some people find brioche a bit sweet with a burger or sausage. I didn’t have the sweet but some of my colleagues did and said they were very nice. Little doughnuts, small cakes and fruit and a chocolate fountain. Very nice surroundings and views shame it was raining on and off we could have sat outside.

This was our second visit to This hotel. As before, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts.... !! We will return again.

Very nice hotel ( not there for the golf). Lovely clean corner room with great views of the abbey and Malvern Hills. Huge bed and good quality pillows.
