We've just returned from a very enjoyable 4 night stay at the Hilton Puckrup Hall, Tewkesbury. Our stay was made very enjoyable and comfortable by the staff. A big thanks to Tchin and Zara at reception, always welcoming and helpful also to Elias and Molly at the restaurant in the evening. Great service. Just a short drive into Tewksbury historic town, the hotel has a golf course, spa, gym and pool with jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms which we used often, and is set in gorgeous leafy green grounds, surrounded by the golf course and countryside. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, and breakfast staff were very helpful. We enjoyed delicious food for dinner at the restaurant that has a lovely, cosy ambience. The location of the hotel is great, easy access to the gorgeous Cotswolds, Wales and the Mavern Hills. But again, it really was the staff that made it, very welcoming, helpful and professional. Make sure you go into the historic Georgian, Puckrup Hall Manor House part of the hotel, a grade II listed building, connected to the reception area, a glass walkway that takes you through to a pretty glass garden room and lounge. Its beautiful, we enjoyed our morning coffee there. We will definitely be back. Management clearly run a tight ship, with a strong focus on professionalism and great hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Checkin was a delight, took a bit longer than usual, as a trainee was being coached, but I did not mind. The coach was kind and encouraging to her trainee colleague, both were chatty, friendly, offered me water and coffee. I was impressed with their “niceness”. Room was bright and spacious, but dated. Needs an update, but everything was spotless, worked and was comfortable. Bar staff in the evening were friendly, and waitress/host at breakfast was just a bundle of morning cheerfulness. The breakfast buffet was fine, good choice and quality. The dated rooms, bring my hotel score a 4, but the staff earn a 6 ! I’d happily stay there again.

Dog friendly hotel so expect dogs barking I understand that, bed springs stuck in back even when lying on top of quilt, mold on bathrooms ceilings, dirty nappy’s from previous people, ***** hairs in bath sink and tiles same cloth cleaned toilet first

Peaceful hotel set in quiet area near tewkesbury.accessto the motorway system close to the hotel and less than 15 minutes from Ashchurch station first impressions are of anew building adjacent to the old hall .restaurant smart and cheerful with traditional menu conveniently located with the additional benefits of a spa and golf course

We stayed for one night and accepted our DELUXE MANOR HOUSE ROOM, but we would not have accepted this if we were staying for more than one night. The room although spacious was located in probably the worst part of the Manor House with no view and outlook apart from other roofs very close to our room. There was a boiler/aircon/ power unit noise 24/7 from outside the bathroom which could be heard all the time. In view of this the nightly rate was far too high. It was not up to Hilton standards. There are many other rooms in the more modern section which I feel would be essential to stay in if stopping more than one night. The self service breakfast was only 3 star at best.

Where to start? Poor booking system had us down for only one night, instead of two. Room had stained curtains and carpet. Bathroom had separate taps for hot and cold water, very close to the basin edge, so making filling the kettle difficult. No power sockets near the bed. No air conditioning that I could find. A hotel of faded grandeur (if it ever had any). A noisy bar, with a poor selection of zero percent beers. Awful breakfast - must have had problems with all the ovens - bacon undercooked. Croissants undercooked. Just not good. This, I believe, is one of Hilton’s premier hotels. At least you would think so from the price. Give me a Premier or Holiday Inn any time - a much better experience for a small fraction of the price.

Generally happy with Hilton but with an upgrade and very hard bed and poor cleaning was not up to usual standard. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and pub and staff quite friendly. Minor things annoying like general cleanliness and mud in carpark which could not be avoided in the disabled bays. Otherwise pretty average.

Came here for a business conference. We completed all the relevant paperwork, including dietary requirements for breakfast and lunch, and also coffee / pastries. Very disappointed that our gluten-free and fat free staff were not catered for. Also, the dining room was completely inappropriate for the number of people. There were not enough seats for everyone, and what seats there were where a very strange antisocial layout. There was also very little choice in the lunch buffet - basically spicy, which if you didn’t like there was no alternative. Will not be recommending this to anyone!
