We have stayed here many times. Lovely hotel but staff not that helpful. We stayed in an apartment for 10 nights and on the 7th night we were burgled but with no forced entry so probably an inside job, we had money, bags and phones stolen as there was no safe in the room we had nowhere safe to keep stuff. Manager at hotel very unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered at all we ask to be moved into the hotel as my son didn’t feel safe and they said we had to pay more money.!!! We won’t be staying again. Very disappointing 😤

So disappointing and upsetting. Six hours after checking out and an hour after leaving the hotel we are told of damage to the apartment, a curtain rail had fallen on one side, and we were charged €390. The apartment was not damaged when we left and we couldn't go back to verify.

What a disaster of a Valentine's celebration! The hotel seemed poorly prepared although pre-booking was required. There were only two waitresses for approximately 50 restaurant guests celebrating this special occasion. The first thing we noticed was that the lighting was way too bright for dinner, a big turn off; it ruined the nice romantic mood we were hoping for. After over 3 hours and bad service, although not the fault of the very kind waitresses, we complained to the manager. We noticed she didn't bother helping out but brought us an almost meaningless spa gift card which we will never use. It was interesting that she saw how bad the service was and never bothered to help. People all around us were complaining. Thanks for ruining our Valentine's night. 150€ wasted!

A stunning hotel, the decor is beautiful. We had an amazing meal in the Japanese restaurant. The head chef Nazario Cano came over to introduce himself. The food is delicious very unique and the flavours are exquisite. Myself and my husband shared dishes, we had around 5 different plates all presented beautifully. The cost was around £110 euros including a couple of glasses of wine and soft drinks. Sophie who was lovely and very helpful, then showed us around the new restaurant that is going to be ready early next year. You must give it a try! 5 stars from us 🌟 Please

This beautiful is nestled in a quiet part of Morira, a short drive to the beach. We arrived to the most stunning reception and we greeted by friendly attentive staff. We had a two bedroom apartment which was beautifully designed with ample space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and full living / dining area. A great space! The relaxing pool area really is special. Comfortable sunbeds are plentiful and the garden area is immaculate with the smell of pine trees wafting through the air. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are friendly and helpful This hotel is new and is the perfect place to stay and relax - the breakfast is plentiful and everything is of the highest quality. We will most definitely return to this new place!

From the moment we walked through the doors of this fabulous hotel the stress and strain of everyday life lifted from our shoulders. We were greeted by friendly attentive staff who offered us a seat and refreshments at check in. Nothing was too much trouble as they guided us through the hotels services and map of the grounds of the hotel. We found the hotel to be intimate enough to not engulf us with a rush of people in and out . The place was calming with a kind air of attentiveness. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with cooked eggs and meats served from a menu to your table along with an array of juices , smoothies and Mediterranean style choices in abundance at the buffet. The pool area was quiet at the time of year we were here but an atmosphere that we could get on board with. Our room / apartment was very stylish with two bathrooms and space that allows you to breathe. The furniture was of a style that suited it’s environment and was immaculately clean. We have found a real gem and a hotel I’m sure we will revisit for many years to come.

Fantástico hotel en un lugar tranquilo y agradable.Desayuno con variedad y calidad.Habitaciones amplias y limpias.Piscina cómoda y tranquila exceptuando la música que está muy alta para ese remanso de paz.En general la música está demasiado alta en todo el hotel,cosa muy poco apropiada para un lugar tan relajante.El personal del hotel es muy amable.Mencion muy especial para Angeles de recepcion y Arancha de restaurante por su gran ayuda y profesionalidad

Een vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie kamers, een prachtig zwembad (min puntje niet veel bedjes bij het zwembad), heerlijk ontbijt en fantastisch diner!!! Een leuke buitenbar en een prachtig terras. Complimenten hoe dit hotel de stroom uitval voor de gasten werden opgelost en hoe iedereen telkens up to date van informatie werd voorzien. Er is door de kok ook een geweldig 5 gangen diner bereid, er was warm water en verlichting. Kortom fantastisch!!! Minpuntje: de prijzen voor de SPA zijn te hoog.
