Charmantes Appenzeller Hotel
Die Linde ist ein sehr gut geführtes, charmantes Appenzeller Hotel (und Restaurant). Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz neu, aber gut unterhalten und mit vielen schönen Details. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Lovely hotel, very close to the train station. Very friendly owner and a nice restaurant downstairs with good food and excellent service. Room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay if you are visiting in Tuefen.

Ho viaggiato per lavoro.
Fondamentalmente non trovo comodi i cuscini in "Svizzera", però sulla stanza non posso dire nulla di male.
L'unica cosa è il bagno un po' piccolo ma va bene ugualmente.

Excellent hôtel familial à l'accueil chaleureux.
Excellent hôtel familial. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux. Fenêtres fermées , les chambres d'angle que nous avions sont très calmes (fenêtres ouvertes, on entend le train qui passe à côté de l'hôtel). Elles sont très bien aménagées, très propres et avec une literie confortable. Très bons petits déjeuners. Nous avons également mangé un excellent repas du soir au restaurant.

Das Hotel, das von der Besitzerfamilie Lanker geführt wird, ist jederzeit einen Aufenthalt wert. Wir erlebten einen herzlichen Willkomm und ein sehr freundliches und engagiertes Team, das mit viel Herzblut das Hotel führt. Das Zimmer gross, hell und sehr gepflegt mit elektisch verstellbaren Betten. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit auf der Etage einen Kaffee oder Tee zu geniessen. Das Essen im dazu gehörenden Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, der Service der Seniorchefin ebenso. Hier kann man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen, zu absolut akzeptablen Preisen. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, eine schöne Auszeit ist hier garantiert.

Nice small family run hotel in a great location walking distance to train station. Staff were welcoming and explained amenities to me. Room was clean and as a female solo traveller I felt comfort and safe

Mein neues zu Hause in der Ostschweiz? Reisen Sie spontan und die besten Begegnungen warten auf einen! Denn es ist nicht wichtig wohin man geht, sondern wem man begegnet? Perfekte Location für Geniesser/innen. Mit viel Herzblut wird das Hotel zur Linde von der Familie Lanker und Team geführt. Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an sehr willkommen geheissen und an flottä Hengert mit Mama Anker war sehr bereichernd. Ihre Weinempfehlung zu den Ravioli mit Spargel und Morchel war perfekt. Schön werden einheimische Weine empfohlen! Das Abendesse herrlich gekocht und das Frühstücksbüffet top. Im Zimmer herrlich und gut geschlafen und alles da was man braucht. Ich komme gerne wieder. Weil meine Lieblingshotels besetzt waren und ich spontan reise - eine Bereicherung und das neue Lieblingshotel ab Heute? Geht man nicht viel zu oft seinen Gewohnheiten nach? Lässt man noch Platz für Neuentdeckungen? Neue Bekanntschaften?
