Bonsoir, je viens partager avec vous ma mauvaise expérience avec HOTEL DREAM A TETOUAN. 4 étoiles. Des parfaits arnaqueurs et des mauvais responsables. J'ai payé 740dh/nuitée pour dormir dans la saleté,l'inconfort et être éléctrifiée en plus. Voir les photos SVP, pour comprendre. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable, mais plusieurs éléments nous ont déçus. Lors de la réservation, la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons eue : nous avions réservé une chambre double standard, mais les équipements mentionnés semblaient appartenir à un appartement, ce qui a créé une confusion. La chambre en elle-même était propre et correcte malgré quelques petits défauts (douchette cassée, porte de placard endommagée).
Le vrai point fort de cet établissement reste le personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et professionnel. Les petits-déjeuners étaient également excellents, variés et copieux.
Malheureusement, les deux dernières nuits ont terni notre expérience. La première, un mariage a eu lieu jusqu’à 1h30 du matin — bruyant mais compréhensible, nous étions en vacances. En revanche, la seconde nuit a été extrêmement pénible : une autre fête s’est poursuivie jusqu’à 5h du matin avec un niveau sonore insupportable, surtout que notre chambre était au premier étage. Nous n’avons reçu aucune information préalable à ce sujet, ce qui aurait au moins permis de nous organiser ou de demander un changement de chambre. C’est dommage car ce manque d’anticipation et de communication a fortement impacté la qualité de notre repos.

l’hotel est bien positionné mais a besoin des gens compétents pour le diriger, Chambres sont chaudes 🥵 car il n’ya pas d’aération dans l’hôtel, télécommande de la télé marche ya même pas des piles 🔋, pas de music 🎵 normalement dans la réception ya tjr de la musique, manque d’activité, pas d’alcool, Le réseau internet est faible , coté hygiène aussi loin de la propreté. Vraiment c’est la honte pour le tourisme il faut remettre les choses en ordre .

Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit à cet hôtel. Épuises tous ce que nous voulions c’était prendre une douche et dormir. Cependant pas d’eau chaude une serviette terne mal pliée accrochée sur un porte serviette pour 5 personnes 🧐🧐🧐 le coin cuisine catastrophique avec des prises arrachées (je tiens à rappeler que c’est une suite que nous avons réservé)par ailleurs je remercie les serveurs pour leur accueil leur sourires et gentillesses lors du petit déjeuner

Le personnel gérable, néanmoins lors que nous sommes arrivés nous voyons le joint de la salle de bain par terre. La femme de ménage n'avait pas encore terminée la chambre pourtant nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée. Elle a toqué a la porte pour nous donner un taie d'oreiller a mettre par nous même. Dans le frigo, nous trouvons les papier KitKat. Ça m'a bien fait rire pour un hôtel 4 étoiles! La baie vitrée était cassée, elle ne se fermait pas. Et pour couronner le tout, un jolie cafard dans une assiette lors du petit déjeuner.

J'ai séjourné une nuitée dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement pour moi et pour la clientèle du jour, l'hôtel avait loué sa salle des fêtes pour un mariage. Résultat jusqu'à 4h30 du matin impossible de fermer l'oeil. La salle des fêtes n'est pas insonorisée. Je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse ainsi léser une partie de sa clientèle au profit d'une autre.
