湯川市街邊緣的一家溫泉酒店。市街會一直會有硫磺味(臨近硫磺山)，房間內味道很小很推薦。唯一美中不足的是酒店餐廳只提供早餐，晚餐得去市街自己找。

房間沒有冷氣，真真不能接受，温度35%高温，而開窗，隔沙網有空隙，很多飛蟲飛入房間。成晚打昆蟲及冲了3次凍水凉。第二天自費即搬去另一閒酒店。（原本住兩晚）

I booked a room WITH air conditioning, but upon checking in, we found out there was NO air conditioning in the room. We asked the front desk, and they told us, we only have 2 rooms with air conditioning. The WHOLE HOTEL was WITHOUT air conditioning. We tried to make do and opened the window so that there’s some ventilation. Flies and bugs started to come into the room! So the room was very hot, and there were insects in the room. Totally not possible to open the windows at all.
WIFI was supposed to be working, but it was NOT WORKING. So there was NO WIFI in the room.
Hotel is being dishonest on the Trip.com as it stated that the rooms are WITH air conditioning. This has misled me and other guests (there were similar complaints!) into booking this hotel. This is an outright scam and lie. Hotel even had the audacity to suggest to us to ‘rent an extra fan’ so that it’s ’not too hot’.
Please do not book with this hotel in the summer if you want to have an unpleasant experience.

I stayed at Kinkiyu in Kawayu Onsen. The hot springs were especially wonderful, with the sulfurous scent and moderate temperature that was very soothing. Both the indoor and outdoor baths were clean, and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. The environment within the building was also very well-maintained, and the lobby and common areas had a calming atmosphere that made it relaxing. The quiet location surrounded by nature was also appealing, and it was an inn where I could refresh both body and mind.
