El hotel está muy cuidado y las instalaciones perfectas. La habitación que nos tocó, amplia, limpia y con una cama gigante. Está muy bien insonorizado por lo que, aunque está en pleno centro no se escucha nada y se descansa estupendamente. Tiene un parking muy cómodo y accesible. Un 10.

酒店位於特魯埃爾老城區，所有景點步行可達；房間寬敞，設施齊備，比想象中的好太多；需要提醒的是：（1）酒店自帶車庫，但很小；如果是自駕，一定要提前與酒店預約停車位；如果不能停酒店車庫，就衹能去付費停車場，然後步行10分鐘左右返回酒店；（2）GOOGLE導航的路線衹能到酒店的車庫門口。要到酒店正門，需要繞一圈，到處都是單行道，道路狹窄、不好找。酒店門口有幾個臨時停車位，停好車，拿行李，辦好入住，問清楚最近的付費公共停車場，然後去停車，步行回酒店。

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!.
The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

Le pongo dos puntos porque la ubicación es inmejorable y las camas son cómodas. De lo contrario, basándome en mi experiencia, la nota sería peor. Para empezar, me dieron posiblemente la peor habitación del hotel: planta baja, con vistas a una valla donde los niños pegaban pelotazos...a alguien le tiene que tocar, lo asumo. Pero la habitación había sido usada: la botella de agua por la mitad, vasos usados, y ademas, olor a cañerías y sofa cama supletoria, que mejor no analizar. Comentamos en recepción a los 10 minutos el caso y nos comenta la recepcionista, cuya amabilidad, aptitud y actitud brillaban por su ausencia que da parte. Volvemos por la noche y sigue todo igual: reiteramos la queja en recepción en una de las pocas veces en la que apareció la recepcionista( que ya había dejado caer mas comentarios desafortunados) y nos dice que si no lo han arreglado, ya no lo van a hacer porque no hay nadie... "Un encanto". Nada de ofrecernos cambio de habitación, soluciones, etc...para pasar una noche y al día siguiente desaparecer, previo pago de 150 € en TERUEL (con todo mi respeto, me parece un abuso). Si es el mejor hotel de Teruel, no seré alguien que recomiende visitar la ciudad con esta hospitalidad.

Es un buen hotel. En un edificio histórico pero con zonas comunes y habitaciones completamente reformadas. La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de la catedral y de la plaza del torico. Le pondría la máxima puntuación si no fuese porque creo que el personal de recepción debería mejorar en cuanto a atención al cliente y amabilidad. En general, lo recomiendo y repetiría si vuelvo a Teruel.

Posiblemente el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado. Hotel boutique con encanto, personal muy amable y profesional. Gran habitación con cama muy cómoda. Todo genial, olores, vista desde la terraza, iluminación, calidad de las instalaciones... Recomiendo el sándwich cubano en el snack bar. El desayuno digno de recordar con un embutido muy fresco, fruta, dulces y frutos secos de una gran calidad. Nos sentimos como unos verdaderos Marqueses!!!

Le parking et les petits dej à 56.00 € sont très bien vendus avec le prix d’une chambre à 180.00 €. Petit bémol a ce prix là ça devrait être irréprochable ce nb’est pss le cas

Hotel Palacio de la Marquesa-Teruel, está casi nuevo, casi para estrenar. Está ubicado en pleno corazón histórico de la ciudad de Teruel, junto al museo Provincial y la Catedral Mí hotel preferido para Teruel Obligatorio reservar plaza de aparcamiento ya que el parking es de pocas plazas y no tiene capacidad para todos los clientes
