El hotel está muy viejo las estrellas que tiene no corresponde a como está baldosas sueltas en el suelo,no tiene una triste nevera,aire acondicionado no funciona,el baño necesita mantenimiento mampara, inodoro,etc.aparte la publicidad y fotos que tienen del hotel son engañosa.

Unos mal educados y malas personas, hoy llamé por un amigo se había accidentado y me dijeron que llamará a su hermano Fran, que es el cocinero para avisar que estaba ingresado y la chica de recepción me preguntó mi número se lo dí y ella se lo pasó a la pareja del cocinero que trabaja allí también que se llama Gloria y me llamo, Py M un monton de barbaridades. Quiero saber donde puedo pedir la hoja de reclamaciones para hacer una denuncia directa

Nice friendly staff. Comfortable town hotel for overnight stop route to France.
Excellent value evening meal- rustic Spanish food 3 course including btl wine/water/sparkling water for just 15 euros a person.
Number of little shops bars etc within 5 minutes walk.
Would stay here again as good value for money.

1 All roads to hotel were closed due to roadworks 2 Spoke to hotel, after garbled instructions tried to come in on a different road, that was closed 3 Hotel said if we still couldn’t get to the hotel phone the police and hung up! 4 We decided after another attempt at a tour of Teruel ( which appeared to have major roadworks everywhere) we looked for alternative accommodation

Después de leer malos comentarios íbamos con miedo pero todo fue genial.Hotel limpio y cama cómoda .comida muy rica.el trato del personal inmejorable .lo hemos disfrutado mucho .lo recomendares a todos que quieran visitar Teruel y a 10min del centro.
