1 All roads to hotel were closed due to roadworks 2 Spoke to hotel, after garbled instructions tried to come in on a different road, that was closed 3 Hotel said if we still couldn’t get to the hotel phone the police and hung up! 4 We decided after another attempt at a tour of Teruel ( which appeared to have major roadworks everywhere) we looked for alternative accommodation

Después de leer malos comentarios íbamos con miedo pero todo fue genial.Hotel limpio y cama cómoda .comida muy rica.el trato del personal inmejorable .lo hemos disfrutado mucho .lo recomendares a todos que quieran visitar Teruel y a 10min del centro.

Me parece fatal que llames para reservar una noche con una caja regalo wonderbox y te digan que están completos y vuelvas a llamar y sin caja regalo te digan que si tienen habitaciones. No engañéis a los clientes o no ofrezcáis vuestro hotel en estas cajas regalo. Llevo muchos años usando estas experiencias regalo y jamás me había pasado.

Me tomaron el pelo descaradamente, tenia el coche en el parking para 4 días, era el fin de semana de las bodas de Isabel. Probablemente tenían interés en disponer de plazas para otros clientes "mejores". Alegaron que tenían que entrar grandes camiones para la descarga de mercancías, precisamente el viernes y sábado. Después de sacar el coche comprobé que tanto el viernes como el sábado el parking estaba ocupado por clientes sin problema alguno. Me explicaron al hacer la salida que eran ordenes de la dirección. No entiendo esa "dirección".

Hotel bien situé près du centre ville,personnel sympathique, accueillant et professionnel...dîner et petit-déjeuner très correct....seul bémol j avais sélectionné cet hôtel pour son parking privé...mais il n y avait pas de place...possibilité de se stationner dans la rue quand, par chance, une place se libère
