The house is clean and tidy, with good hygiene and complete facilities. The food prepared by the chef in the restaurant is good👍delicious!

Forgot my expensive headphones in my room which was my mistake but when I called up to see if I could pick them up they conveniently didn’t have them :) even though I knew exactly where they were. Don’t trust this resort.

A calamity of errors
Hotel was being used as a film set and I have no idea why you left it up on your site. I couldn’t find reception then got directed to a spot way away from my room . Was given a free dinner for all the issues and the Palms restaurant was excellent. Rooms are way past a need for being renovated.

Rooms were close to highway. Property looked rundown and in need of new carpets in the hallways and rooms. Limited facilities in the rooms (no microwave). Linen closet door always left open and blocked 1/2 of stairway to upstairs. No elevators.

The window did not have any form of locking mechanism and could have easily been opened from the outside which was quite concerning.

It's a big property, and work is being done ... but the units are terrific inside for the price. The room we got was huge and with poor furniture layout, but otherwise once you overcome the huge room size - very nice rooms for the price.

Very convenient location , unable to provide microwave on this occasion however reception were able to heat my dinner for me . So all in all a good stay again
