Comfortable bed and remodeled bathrooms are clean. AC works fine and parking available for my trailer. Close to fast food outlets and far enough away from Dallas that traffic is minimal.

Limited parking, the room was not clean. The towels were stained. It stayed free WiFi but no WiFi password provided. The room phone was not in service. Usually the conditioner can be turned in automatic, but the conditioner in the room only had an on and off stitch.

Not cool employee
The room was good for the price we paid. However, at 3am, I was woken up to the desk clerk yelling and screaming at one of the guests on floor 1. She cussed at them and told them to get out. It went on for about 20min. That is my only complaint.

Spend a night, not a fortune (except that the rates have gone up significantly - $70/night).
This location does NOT have an elevator to the second floor - disabled need to be aware when making reservations
