Fairfield Inn & Suites Terrell

Stopped over for the night on road trip. Easy off the interstate. Seems a newer property. G-dunk in lobby had beer, maybe wine. Pretty good breakfast selections. Overall above average for Fairfield Inn. And you can pretty much drive through parking lot to Buc-ee’s

Stayed here for four nights as part of a group gathering. Found the hotel to be new and with clear attention to detail to cleanliness and customer service. The staff was fantastic from housekeeping to the front desk and general manager. Everything just worked—AC unit (with continuous fan option for white noise, not that noise seemed to be an issue), Wi-Fi, meeting space, and breakfast. It’s nice to be able to just relax and focus on spending time with good friends. Definite five stars!

Rebecca, Chad, Katy and the GM all made my stay the most genuine and kind business travel experience at any Fairfield. The welcome I received was above and behind any service I’ve received at any hotel property. The only complaint I had was the low number rooms between 00-10 you will hear the loud trucks on the access road to the highway. Try to stay on the side of the quieter side of the hotel closer to where Bucc’ees is and you’ll sleep better. The bed itself was super comfortable and the shower pressure is like being massaged in a spa: perfect! Breakfast is generous with a choice of at least two different meats, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit and fruit juices! The cold fruit infused water at the front desk is greatly appreciated! Unexpected stop in Terrell led us to stay here. Super friendly staff welcomed us and greeted us with each interaction l. The entire property was very clean. Breakfast had variety and very clean area. I never leave hotel reviews but was very impressed with this location.

Great location for a wedding we attended. Fairly new hotel. It is in a cluster with a couple of budget type hotels. The rooms were clean-but there was no daily housekeeping. I think you could request it though. The Buc ees is witchin walking distance. Breakfast- Typical for this type hotel. The attendant kept it up nicely and fresh. The waffles were good but I thought the microwave breakfast sandwiches were disgusting Several cereals available.

From the time we walked in and walked the sevice whats spectacular the rooms were fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend Fairfield in Terrell Tx. Shout out to Angie at the front desk job well done ✔

The hotel staff was amazing, they were attentive and helpful in all regards. Andrew, Melissa, and Brittany went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed when I arrived. The hotel looks clean and well managed it's probably the nicest fairfield i've been too. 10/10 will happily return

Our hotel stay here was very last minute, we checked out of another nearby hotel after only a few hours due to it being unsanitary & in poor condition. As soon as we walked in the door of this hotel we noticed an immediate difference. Very modern lobby that was clean, well lit and smelled good. Check in was quick & easy. Front desk assistant was friendly & helpful. Each time we walked through lobby during our stay we where greeted with hello, how are you, or how is your day. The room was small, simple & not over crowded with furniture. It had just the basics & thats all we needed. Room fridge was super cold, AC worked well & kept us comfortable. Room smelled as it had just been cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, had good lighting & soft towels. Shower was also very big. The breakfast area in the morning was organized & clean. Not to much offered but I think that's what made it easy for the breakfast assistants to maintain it so well. Other guests seemed to enjoy it as well. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again. After a not so good start to our trip, they definitely helped turn it around and we really enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel two weeks before our trip and they cancelled the reservation three hours before check-in the day of saying they were overbooked. They didn’t even bother to call and tell me, just sent an email and refused to do anything other than not charge me for the room. Thanks a lot
