Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Terre Haute

Had reservation for 1 night. $200.00 a night. $100.00 security deposit. Dirty washcloths. Hole in ceiling over bed with wire over it with plaster hanging out of it. Went to office for breakfast next morning. If you could call it that ! Not even cream for coffee. So we went out for breakfast. They called us while we were gone but we left our phones in truck. So we called them back. They had been in our room and seen we left our stuff in there. We had not checked out. It wasn't close to time. The pictures of this place is nothing like what you see on here. Bathroom door was to big for facing it wouldn't even close. The front door had a gap 1/2 to an 1 inch. You could see outside. WiFi didn't work. We were there last year and it was much nicer then. We will not be returning. When you get to this place keep driving.

Great service and friendly staff. Had wonderful stay, beds were comfy. Need little attention on Internet service provider and few upgradations.

The stay was terrible. Uncomfortable, dirty, no phone, no TV, no internet, NO TOILET PAPER. TUB WAS GROSS. STAFF couldn't understand me.

This is like a third world country, it's SO BAD! The mold/mildew smell in the room was nauseating! We will be lucky if we don't have black mold poisoning! I would guarantee NO upper mgt Wyndham employee would be caught dead in this place. Actual water droplets blow out of the air conditioner. I had driven 600 miles that day & was exhausted or we would NEVER HAVE STAYED, once we smelled the room & saw the terrible condition!

I chose this property for my trip to Akron, Ohio. I was moving my daughter and needed a room on the return that allowed pets. I spent a Wednesday night here on my way to Akron just to make sure it would be suitable for the return with my daughter. We stopped again on Saturday. Clean, comfortable beds. Slept as well as I could for a motel.

The first room stunk of smoke and some other bad odor. The room was not clean in addition to being very poorly painted and outdated. Carpet worn, tub surround damaged and stained, refrigerator working but old. Wi-Fi unavailable in room so we were moved to an upstairs room which although still older and worn did not stink and had working wifi & a newer refrigerator. The television did not work but was fixed by a tech person quite promptly. Let me be clear: the front desk staff person was extremely polite and trying very hard to solve the issues we had! He attempted to fix our Wi-Fi issue by using his own password on our devices. He cordially offered a new room upstairs. He promptly contacted the tech serviceman for the television. Unfortunately, no amount of great service can override a hotel in serious need of upgrading.

Came into town for a graduation. Did not expect much when we noticed that it is a motel and not a suite. The breakfast we had to turn on the crock pot for the biscuits and gravy and had to make coffee because there was no one downstairs to make coffee. Definitely more of a $50 a night motel then what was charged.

Sheets were dirty bathroom was dirty the entire room smelled horrible took numerous attempts to get a working key card

Old dirty, unsafe, loud neighbors, burn holes in the comforter's (even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking), cigarette burns on the bathtub, overall just a dirty place. We asked for a refund, and was told we needed to go through the 3rd party site where we booked it to get one. We checked out as quick as we checked in. Did not end up staying in this place.
