Loved this hotel. Not a 5 star but clean and friendly staff..loved the beach The putting on a swim cap to go in pool..didn't like.. The front desk girls are amazing. No iron in rooms..they actually went out and bought one for me to use.. I'm so sorry ladies I lost the paper with all the names.. Sylvia Claudia? Valentina..everyone at the reception is fantastic..thank you will come again

Abbiamo alloggiato, io e la mia famiglia in questo albergo, dove sinceramente tranne la parte del mare, il resto è veramente pessimo. Inizio con il dire che nel momento in cui uno fa un weekend dentro l’albergo dovrebbe essere scontato il fatto che comunque andare in spiaggia debba essere una cosa inclusa nel prezzo, anche perché così è scritto nel sito, invece quando arrivate là vi fanno pagare quasi 40 rotti euro per un ombrellone e due lettini il secondo assolutamente secondo me super fondamentale è la pulizia sono veramente sporche le camere, i lenzuoli eassolutamente anche il personale e super antipatico

Arredi inesistenti e antiquati, bagno microscopico, stanza poco pulita con capelli ovunque. Receptionists maleducate e poco professionali. Bagnino piscina dalle sembianze darwiniane incommentabile, peraltro fuma anche vicino la piscinetta (sporca) dei bambini. Discreto il ristorante, camerieri inesperti. Bello il giardino sulla spiaggia. Bagnini mare "simpatici" come tutto il resto del personale. Un sorriso neanche a pagarlo ma un buongiorno ogni tanto sarebbe addirittura dimostrazione di buona educazione, eppure...nulla. 4 stelle? Ma dove?

L'hotel è molto comodo. A pochi kilometri da Terracina, con parcheggio privato. L'hotel è vicinissimo alla piscina e alla spiaggia privata. Al ristorante si mangia veramente bene. Il menù è vario e raffinato. Inoltre c'è un bar sulla spiaggia. Il personale è efficiente e gentile. La camera per 3 persone adulte è un po' troppo piccola. La sera non c'è animazione ma solo musica al bar della spiaggia. C'è un servizio di navetta per Terracina fino all'1 di notte. In estate, dal porto di Terracina partono gli aliscafi per Ponza.

Sono rimasto sconcertato dal fatto che non ho potuto prendere un caffè nella terrazza vista mare perché il mio cane non poteva entrare. Questa a mio avviso è una cosa che non capisco, trattandosi di un luogo all'aperto molto spazioso. Il personale tra l'altro non si è mostrato cortese.

Siamo andati con la famiglia per un caffè. Non accettano i cani all'aperto e legati al guinzaglio, e solo per un caffè. Accoglienza pessima! Personale poco garbato. Non credo che in futuro andrò più li e lo sconsiglierò a tutti i miei amici e conoscenti. La mia famiglia ovviamente la pensa come me.

Con il nostro gruppo OASI NEL DESERTO, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo ottimo hotel. Complimenti per l accoglienza, l organizzazione, l ottima pulizia, la buona cucina e la qualità del personale. 54 persone molto soddisfatte, sono ritornate a casa con i meravigliosi panorami goduti dalle camere dell hotel... Consigliatissimo!!
