Soggiorno meraviglioso....camera rinnovata con vista sul lago mozzafiato, colazione molto ricca ( non mancava veramente nulla ) cena ampia scelta e tutto di buona qualità. Spa essenziale ma ben gestiti gli ingressi apprezzatissima dopo il rientro dalle varie visite nei borghi vicini e in ultimo top il personale tutti estremamente gentili e professionali .Un soggiorno perfetto

Hotel situato in una bellissima cornice. Ho alloggiato in transito per lavoro ma ho trovato questo hotel in una perfetta cornice che emana serenità, al risveglio ammirare la nebbia che sale dal lago... meraviglioso Personale disponibile e gentile, ringrazio in particolare Barbara che è stata super gentile con me.

Camere panoramiche superlative. I bagni delle camere non ristrutturate hanno il bagno troppo piccolo. Tutto il resto e’ buono, Piediluco e’ un posto magnifico, un incanto in questo periodo di Gennaio. Che pace. Colazione buona. Personale Recepcion ottimo Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Sarà per la prossima....
La camera era accogliente ma non così come sembrava nelle foto. Dagli scarichi del bagno salivano odori sgradevoli. La SPA troppo affollata. Abbiamo rinunciato il secondo giorno all'ingresso.
Forse non si aspettavano tutte quelle persone, ma atteso che avevano già le prenotazioni potevano mettere qualche cameriere in più nel ristorante e nella sala colazione.

The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and extremly dirty, spider webs everywhere, smell. Window view at the wall.

Stunning view, disappointing room
The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning
