GOOD PRICE/service RATIO. It is a 3 star, let's not ask for 5. A lot of complaining clientele (there is a social climate that is very critical of everything, sponsored by the media). Although maintenance needs to be improved (my wife complained about the cleanliness). The food is reasonably priced and sufficient but lacks care/presentation (pasta without cheese?).

O pessoa do hotel é gentil. Mas… café da manhã é péssimo, limpeza da piscina é nojenta, manutenção dos quartos não existe. Do lado do hotel tem um bem melhor e mais barato q este. Fiquei duas noites nele e foi um dos piores hotéis da minha viajem. Pior café da manhã e pior piscina!

El edificio carece de un mantenimiento adecuado. Hay instalaciones que no funcionan o ya han cumplido su ciclo. La tarjeta de comando de luces no funciona, la ducha no tiene suficiente presión. Los grifos son antiguos e inadecuados. El alfombrado esta deteriorado y mal terminado. La reparacion de humedad en paredes fue mal resuelta. El personal muy atento y cordial.

Very good location. Bad maintenance of the rooms, in most of them there were cockroaches and the water did not work, having to change rooms three times, the pool is on the 4th floor and they do not fill it until just 12 noon. It is uncovered therefore the water is cools fast. We were a group with half board, the meals "except for one" were bad, I do not recommend it nor would I return to this hotel
