Lugar bonitinho e bem localizado.
O hotel é bem bonito e com ótima localização, dava para ir no centrinho de tere andando. Único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, além de poucas opções, a reposição não era tão frequente e faltaram até copos. Tivemos que tomar suco em xícaras.

Excelente acomodação para deficiente físico, quarto duplo banheiro adaptado com todas as comodidades ( alça de apoio vaso sanitário elevado etcetera) Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos localização excelente perto de várias atrações de Teresópolis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com bolos salgados pães frios sucos frutas etcetera, um Brunch, incluído no valor da diária.Agradeço a atenção de Rúbia da cozinha que fez até ovos mexidos para minha mãe que está debilitada Nota 10 , valeu!

Como sugestão, a cortina do chalé 25 é muito clara, vale ser trocada por um black out para melhor conforto, pois a luz do dia invade o quarto logo cedo.

Parece que estamos na Europa
Já repetimos essa estadia. Hotel muito bem decorado, estilo suíço, ambiente agradável, jardim, piscina etc. Creio que já foi de luxo e perdeu um pouco com o tempo, mas ainda vale a pena, até pelo custo-benefício. Café da manhã simpático, camas e roupa de cama bons. Localização e estacionamento bem bons.
