Pelo preço que pagamos, esperávamos mais da estadia. Não esperávamos, por exemplo, enfrentar fila todas as vezes que realizamos as refeições. Restaurante muito cheio. Mesmo com um aplicativo destinado ao agendamento, de nada adianta. Além disso, oferece pouca variedade de carnes nas refeições principais e itens repetitivos. A recreação para meu filho de 12 anos foi outra decepção. Desorganizada e pouco atrativa. O quarto que ficamos era muito bom, espaçoso e bem cuidado, mas o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho ao ligar e desligar (usamos como aquecedor, pois estava muito frio). Outra coisa que incomodou bastante, foi a abordagem, mais de uma vez, para tentativa de venda do Vacation Club. Poderia ser feito no check-out, por exemplo, e não ao longo da estadia, fazendo com que o hóspede perca tempo de seu lazer. O local é lindo e bem cuidado, mas deixa a desejar nos aspectos mencionados. Não pretendemos voltar.

Mais uma vez encantado com o Le Canton! Já é a quarta vez que visito esse lugar maravilhoso e, com toda certeza, voltaria outras vezes. A estrutura é impecável, os quartos sempre muito bem arrumados, a beleza do local é de tirar o fôlego e a alimentação é simplesmente sensacional. Um verdadeiro paraíso!

O resort tem uma estrutura externa realmente bonita, com paisagens agradáveis e áreas bem cuidadas. No entanto, vários pontos deixaram a desejar e comprometeram a experiência. O restaurante está sempre lotado, com filas enormes, o que torna as refeições estressantes. Mesmo chegando cedo, rapidamente os salões ficam cheios demais. Isso tira o prazer de comer com calma, principalmente com crianças pequenas. Apesar de as piscinas serem climatizadas, é praticamente impossível utilizá-las no inverno — nem mesmo a piscina central é confortável nessa época do ano. Ficamos hospedados no Village, em um quarto muito distante das áreas comuns, mesmo tendo solicitado um quarto mais próximo, o que dificultou bastante a rotina com crianças. Outro ponto incômodo foi a insistência excessiva para aderir ao clube de sócios, algo que acaba sendo desconfortável para os hóspedes. A alimentação é razoável, mas nada que justifique o valor cobrado. Quase tudo no resort é pago à parte, o que compromete ainda mais o custo-benefício. No geral, a estrutura encanta à primeira vista, mas a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas. Caro para o que oferece.

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa, muito gramado,bem cuidado. Os quartos do anexo novo são muito bons, apenas os travesseiros são ruins. Os funcionários não são atenciosos nem simpáticos. A recreação é muito fraca, precisa melhorar. A comida é boa,mas nada de extraordinário. As filas no restaurante na hora do almoço e jantar são enormes. As piscinas são climatizadas,apenas um círculo no meio de uma das piscina é aquecida. Quase tudo é pago a parte.

Tem muitas atividades para crianças. Os shows anoite são muito bons. A atividade do trapézio é imperdível. O space Park tb foi uma atividade que as crianças amaram. Só a recreação que poderia ficar com crianças menores sem a presença dos pais. Limpeza do quarto e refeições ok.

Foi muito legal nossa experiência em familia. O resort tem varias atividades interessantes, a meninada se divertiu. A atividade de trapézio é muito legal e diferente do habitual. Recomendo! Nosso quarto tinha uma janela que nao tinha jeito de tampar, entao logo cedo o quarto ficava muito claro. No mais, muito legal!

Nossa experiência foi muito positiva. Muitas atividades ao ar livre. Algumas pagas e outras incluídas. Destaque esse ano para os funcionários da fazendinha, principalmente Sr. Joel, sempre muito gentil e atencioso e para os três tios do trapézio, Soneca, Rico e Sorriso que com muita paciência alegraram, e muito a diversão das crianças.

Conheço o Lê Canton há algum tempo. O pessoal da recreação teen e adulto são muito simpáticos e divertidos. Tia Catleen (teen) é super bacana, minha filha adorou. E Tia Amanda é Tio Cris (adulto), que nos acompanharam na caminhada são muito atenciosos. Parabéns à equipe. A internet no quarto 04 precisa melhorar, o sinal é fraco.
