O hotel é muito lindo, parece mesmo que chegamos na Suíça. Staff nos recebe muito bem, atenciosos , amáveis e eficientes, inclusive no restaurante, em todos os ambientes; somente no balcão da recepção, em minha opinião, podem melhorar. Os quartos ( ocupamos 3) e banheiros são bem amplos, confortáveis, uma boa parte com varanda; na fazendinha, muito bem montada, o veterinário experiente e simpático faz um tour diário com crianças e adultos, para aprender sobre os animais e alimentá-los; passeio de charrete, a cavalo, piscina , brincadeiras, parquinho, tudo muito agradável! Para quem aprecia massagem, Cintia é muito qualificada. Nos hospedamos por 5 noites incluindo a virada do ano, e organizaram uma festa fantástica, como por exemplo nos oferecendo drinks de alta qualidade como cortesia, fogos de artifício, etc.

The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant staff really nice. The rooms need real upgrade. Lots do do for the kids and simple but good food. The communication with reception is difficult especially if you have to resolve reservation issues with *******

Lugar maravilhoso e aconchegante! Já me hospedei no hotel 3 vezes. O hotel é aconchegante, os funcionários são simpáticos e gentis (destaque para o Jonas), a recreação é maravilhosa e a comida é muito boa! Eu e minha família amamos o hotel. Meu filho de 4 anos sempre pede para retornar. A Fazendinha é muito bem cuidada e a visita com o Dr. Henrique (veterinário muito didático e simpático) é maravilhosa! As atividades com o Tio Coelho e Tio Pedro são sensacionais! É um local que proporciona momentos maravilhosos para toda a família! Tem música ao vivo à noite e ainda oferecem alguns petiscos! Vale muito a pena conhecer. Já recomendei para muitos amigos que também foram e amaram!

O hotel é muito gostoso! Fomos comemorar os 10 anos do meu filho e simplesmente ficamos encantados. O atendimento é excelente, as acomodações aconchegantes e a fazendinha é incrível, muito bem cuidada e perfeita para a diversão da criançada. Pode alimentar os amimais, andar a cavalo e tem muita diversão. A comida é bem gostosa, bem caseira. Com certeza voltaremos.

Junto a minha família comemorei o dia das mães nesse excelente hotel! Meu quarto era de frente para o lago e fiquei encantada! Local acolhedor, funcionários atenciosos, comida simples e muito gostosa. A fazendinha é uma atração a parte, incrível para adultos e crianças, além de muito interativa onde envolvem todos nas maravilhosas atividades! Há brinquedoteca, piscina aquecida com tobogã, parquinho ao ar livre, golfe infantil, atividades para as crianças de dia e a noite. Enfim, recomendo muito o hotel! Excelente custo benefício.

O hotel é bonito, bem conservado. Comida boa. Trilhas boas. Quarto era confortável com ar quente e frio. Camas confortáveis. Amenites no primeiro dia. O banheiro tinha problemas: cheiro ruim do ralo e no último dia o vaso entupiu. Coisa simples de se resolver
