Fui a una graduación y no recomiendo para nada hacer eventos en Villa Antigua, todo el servicio pésimo, mala la.comida, fria, no alcanzó el café, ni los chilaquiles de la tornafiesta (si se le podía llamar chilaquiles), pesima la distribución de las mesas en base a la carpa y al sonido. No están preparados en escurrimiento por lluvia, se fue la luz, en fin. Nada recomendable para eventos.

La verdad es que desde la entrada cuiden sus pertenencias. Me robaron una planta que traía para una boda que fuimos. La caja fuerte no servía y la camarera que hizo la habitación me robó 500 pesos de la bolsa. La recepción no hizo absolutamente nada. El hotel está viejo. Las alfombras huelen mal y son viejas. La puerta de la habitación de mi madre no cerraba. Es decir estaba completamente abierta. El Precio carísimo por el servicio que se ofrece. Las sillas del restaurante es decir los cojines llenos de caca de pájaro. La comida de la boda bastante seca la carne al parecer la dejaron horas y horas cocinando. Muy decepcionante. Si piensas celebrar tu boda aquí yo lo pensaría dos veces. En precio y el servicio no corresponden. No lo recomiendo

Excelente lugar para ir a desconectar de la ciudad. Alberca y áreas verdes muy limpias.
Me gustaría que mejoraran el servicio de bebidas en la alberca. Tiene que estar buscando al mesero y si lo ves se tarda mucho en atenderte

Precioso lugar. Buen restaurant. Habitaciones muy mal, necesitan mantenimiento urgente: alfombras viejas y sucísimas, algunas sin aire acondicionado, refrigeradores no enfrían, olor a drenaje en algunas, los muebles viejos y maltratados, apagadores sin tapa con cables salidos, piso de alberca despostillado. Servicio amable y la panadería excelente. Lástima de la falta de mantenimiento.

Cuando llegue al hotel no encontraban mi reservación y aunque llegue antes me dejaron utilizar las instalaciones, los jardines muy bonitos, aunque poco personal que apoye, no tuvimos la suerte de probar el desayuno ya que iniciaban hasta las 8 am y mi prisa por salir era urgente, después de pasar una noche terrible, ya que como a las 2 de la mañana nos desperto un olor horrible a drenaje por toda la habitación y después comprobé que era todo el piso, ya no pude conciliar el sueño por las nauseas y el mal olor. el baño muy resbaloso sin agarraderas. No vale el costo beneficio.
