La alberca no se pudo usar porque llovió mucho y no la limpiaron hasta que ya termino el fin de semana, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba la habitación parecía un sauna, aunque nos prestaron un ventilador no se podía dormir del ruido y calor, la comida muy mala, la televisión fallaba constantemente, teníamos una cucaracha enorme al llegar a la habitación, al decirles en la recepción solo se limitaron a disculparse por todos los inconvenientes, pero la verdad es que estuvo muy mal, no es la primera vez que vamos, pero si será la última, lástima porque el lugar es bonito pero ya no tienen el mismo servicio que en años anteriores.

The administrators are very hostile and almost always lie about the temperature of the pool, they do not know how to communicate even for little things. My family brought a baby and they charged extra for it, when the baby reality didn't use any extra space. Maybe is not a hotel for families. The hotel is expensive, but if the service was good I wouldn't mind paying.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del centro, caminando menos de 2 cuadras, habitación cómoda y limpia baño limpio, el hotel tiene su magia por si solo si te gusta la mezcla de lo viejo con lo moderno té va gustar las instalaciones muy confortables te hacen sentir a gusto y tranquilo

El hotel es lindo en su diseño general, se ve que tiene mantenimiento constante ya que sus instalaciones generales o de la habitación no tienen señales de desgaste. El hotel es ordenado y se aprecia muy limpio tanto en la areas comunes como en la habitación. La arquitectura del hotel tiene un buen equilibrio entre una arquitectura de casa familiar con arquitectura típica de hotel. El staff es amable. La ubicación es excelente ya que está a unas dos cuadras de la plaza central . Quizás su única desventaja es que la habitación no es particularmente bonita, es algo simple, aunque eso si es ordenada y limpia, además de tener un baño amplio e igualmente impecable. Si me obligan a ser muy estricto, solo mencionaría que en nuestra estancia el patio trasero del hotel estaba en reparación/remodelación por lo que se observaban materiales de construcción y obra a medio terminar, lo cual no es la vista más estética. Sin embargo, no note ruidos excesivos durante el día. Sin duda el hotel boutique La Granja es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Tequisquiapan.

El hotel se encuentra en buena ubicación, las instalaciones muy limpias, la alberca climatizada e igual muy limpia. Lo único malo es el restaurant, es caro para la calidad de los alimentos y la porción. Te cobran la guarnición aparte y muy simple la presentación. Todo lo demás ok.
