Terrible service! Very bad at organizing events. We attended the New Year's Eve event organized by the hotel and they did not comply with the menu that we were charged for. They gave us burnt food and changed some dishes that were not what we paid for. We never received a response from the manager and no one took responsibility for the error. Be careful and do not organize your events there!

Horrible evento de fin de año!!!! La cena muy mal, La crema estaba quemada, el tercer tiempo no fue lo que prometieron y ademas estaba frio y el pure estaba aguado, muy mala presentación. Las uvas podridas y a la mitad de los que estábamos en la mesa nos llevaron las uvas después de las 12. Los calentadores que pusieron nunca sirvieron, pésima atención del mesero, tardaba mucho en llevarnos las bebidas y cuando al Fin llegaban estaban mal, cuando hicimos la reservación preguntamos por el menú de niños y nos dijeron que no había, pero si me cobraron 1450 por ser menu para niños, en la cena me preguntaron cuantos menús de niño pedimos y le dije a la mesera nos dijeron que no había, pero si hay quiero 2 y me dijo no tenemos solo era si lo solicitaban, mi esposo tuvo que ir al restaurante y pedir una hamburguesa para mi hija y le dijeron que ese era el menu de niños!!!!! Pague 1450 por una hamburguesa con el pan quemado y papas a la francesa frías. La peor cena de Año Nuevo de mi vida

Encontramos chinches en las camas!!!! Tuvimos que salirnos en la madrugada a buscar otro hotel porque una chinche estaba caminando en mi almohada, nos despertamos y nos pusimos buscar y encontramos mas!!!! De verdad es una verguenza porque el hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy bonitas, lástima que sus habitaciones tengan ese descuido.

The day we reserved for our staying time I called to ask about the pools, the lady at the reception said the covered pool has warm water, it wasn’t. The food at the restaurant not so good, and very small servings. I had to call the reception because it was around 11:15 pm and they were assembling the tents for an event right outside our room, they kept working and making noise till after midnight. the gardens are gorgeous, but in general a big disappointment.

We were looking at this hotel as a potential wedding venue and put down at $10,000 peso deposit to hold the date. We ultimately decided to go with another venue in Bernal and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting out deposit back. The manager has been giving us the runaround, has taken to screening our calls, and I am afraid they are trying to steal our money. Be very careful doing business with Hotel Villa Florencia!

There is no cleaning staff, the room is dirty and the bathroom has hair on the floor... Disgusting. And they don't give you your money back if you want to leave. The person who serves doesn't wear a mask and there is no alcohol gel anywhere. There is also no temperature control. It looks like a drug dealer's hotel, with Doric columns, peacocks, etc... it is a setting for weddings, but I do not recommend it as a place to stay.
