Las toallas Están rotas, los Muebles no funcionan, el Exterior está sucio, la Tarifa no es adecuada al servicio una noche tuvo El costo de la Tarifa por noche de más de 5 mil pesos no está de acuerdo al servicio

La propiedad en general es inmensa, y con un paisaje espectacular y muy fiferente, lleno de plantaciones de agave y la forma de las habitaciones son realmente barriles lo qu lo hace muy particular en su estilo. La habitación es extremadamente sencillla y basica, las camas no son nada confortables y en general la tarifa me pareció muy alta para lo que son las habitaciones. Es un hotel muy instagrameable y divertido para sacar buenas fotografías, pero me parece que la relacion precio valor es desproporcionada. La comida está bien pero no es nada destacable.

El lugar está increíble! Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable! Lo que más me encantó es que son verdaderamente petfriendly y nos trataron increíble! Solamente la comida creo que es simple igual que el tequila! Le agregaría al menú la botana tradicional de cecina.

My day was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving it three stars for property condition and facility is because the AC did break in a few of our rooms but they did just fix it right away

The photos and the advertising for this property look great but the reality is they don’t match in real life. The staff are very nice and accommodating, but the property has been neglected and is not a good shape. The rooms were dirty, I had no hot water, and the bed was extremely hard
The location is not ideal as you are about 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown and they do not have any shuttle service or drivers to bring you outside of the property
The pool area was a joke and in disarray. This property looks like it might’ve been five years ago, but then it’s current state. I would not recommend staying here.
