During my vacation, I went to Guadalajara and booked a room at the Casa La Gran Senora hotel. The service from the moment I arrived was excellent. I really liked the manager, who was very attentive to any issues or needs I might have during my stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I'd love to return soon. I would recommend it because it has wonderful service and, above all, its security is very good. I appreciate the attention I received.

Good, but...
The inside patio is nice, but windows to the room did not have glass, so people staying late at patio were heard as rooms are around the patio. There was a little mold on ceiling corners and the shower faucet needed repairing.

I stay one night and everything was great. Friendly staff and they are 24 hours. The hotel is unique with beautiful colors and a water fountain. Very close to El Centro de Tequila.

El hotel está muy sucio y las instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento, todo estaba roto, sucio o deteriorado, olía mal, el aire acondicionado estaba súper sucio y no servía. Jamás regresaría a este hotel. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

The inner courtyard was beautiful. A functioning fountain would have been nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Both rooms had problems w hot wster for our showers.

Un lugar muy agradable
El personal fue muy atento, la habitación limpia y suficiente para nuestra estancia, lamentablemente no tiene restaurante pero al estar muy cerca del centro se facilitó el acceso a los lugares turísticos y de comida, el diseño de sus instalaciones era visualmente muy agradable, en definitiva nos agradó bastante
