Lo mejor fue la atencion del personal, muy amables! Buena ubicación en el centro de todo, en general las zonas limpias pero les URGE renovar la ropa de cama y toallas, los sábanas no cubrian totalmente el colchón, las toallas desilachadas y viejas.

En mayo de 2010 nos hospedamos practicamente toda nuestra familia, (llenamos el hotel) ya que mi esposo y yo nos casamos e hicimos la fiesta en la Hda de Jose Cuervo, pasaron 10 años, y regresé a hospedarme en el hotel. El hotel sigue siendo súper cómodo, excelente trato, recibimiento amable, buena seguridad, limpieza correcta, habitaciones bonitas. Lo que si lo haría mejor: Cambiar el mueble de la salita de la suite que es el mismo de hace 10 años, checar que no falte el agua caliente (aunque fue inmediata la atención) ofrecer a las habitaciones comida del restaurante hasta mas tarde ya que cierran a las 10, y los clientes se los agradeceríamos... Todo lo demás 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Nadamas tomen en cuenta que por estar en el centro te despiertan los fiesteros de afuera o las campanas del templo 😅😅😅 Gracias por su hospitalidad

We spent a Saturday night here in January, it is right on the square, near the distilleries, the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the evenings festivities listening to the music, touring the distilleries, shopping and eating a nice meal. Things quieted down fairly early, so we were not bothered by excess noise. Be prepared to be awakened early as the church bells ring loud and often in the morning!

The hotel is in a great location. We stayed from Monday to Tuesday and thought the noise would not be so bad because it was a workday and no weekend. Man were we ever wrong!!! The rooms are comfortable. We had the rooms going out to the plaza. Big mistake! There was a group of young people laughing and drinking and discussing and laughing some more. It went on all night long. Should have brought ear plugs or chosen a room at the back side. There was also a dog barking, he was probably in the back patio, so better to find another hotel
