Let me start off by saying that all of the staff there are very, very friendly and helpful and professional, but after that, it goes downhill, no hot water for a shower. The bed is hard as a rock, the linen and the bath towels look like they're from the 60sand the dogs that live behind the hotel bark all night long if you are there for peace and quiet and a good night sleep you will have to go somewhere else.

Very clean and right off the plaza. Free WiFi. That is the good. Beds are full/matrimonial size. Okay, I knew that when booked. But it was very hard and difficult to sleep on. Our friends that went with us agreed. As they did about the only one pillow being very flat. And the single towels being bath only and nonabsorbent because they were so thin. Only a push button to lock the door had us a little concerned. We will not go back there because of the above.

El hotel está ubicado justo en el centro, lo que facilita moverse a pie, ya que todo está a unos pasos. Nos cambiaron a una habitación con balcón, y la vista fue maravillosa. Aunque no tienen estacionamiento propio, cuentan con un convenio con uno cercano.

Lo mejor fue la atencion del personal, muy amables! Buena ubicación en el centro de todo, en general las zonas limpias pero les URGE renovar la ropa de cama y toallas, los sábanas no cubrian totalmente el colchón, las toallas desilachadas y viejas.

We spent a Saturday night here in January, it is right on the square, near the distilleries, the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the evenings festivities listening to the music, touring the distilleries, shopping and eating a nice meal. Things quieted down fairly early, so we were not bothered by excess noise. Be prepared to be awakened early as the church bells ring loud and often in the morning!

The hotel is in a great location. We stayed from Monday to Tuesday and thought the noise would not be so bad because it was a workday and no weekend. Man were we ever wrong!!! The rooms are comfortable. We had the rooms going out to the plaza. Big mistake! There was a group of young people laughing and drinking and discussing and laughing some more. It went on all night long. Should have brought ear plugs or chosen a room at the back side. There was also a dog barking, he was probably in the back patio, so better to find another hotel
