Quedé increíblemente decepcionado con mi estancia. Al llegar a dormir a mi habitación, encontré insectos muertos y cabellos en la cama, lo cual fue completamente inaceptable e inquietante. Para empeorar las cosas, cuando informé de este problema al personal administrativo, fui completamente ignorado. Esperaba un nivel mucho más alto de limpieza y servicio al cliente. Esta experiencia fue muy desagradable ya que pasamos la noche fuera de la cama y pasamos frio e incomodidad. Lo único que buscabamos era un lugar con una cama limpia. Espero que la administración tome medidas serias para mejorar la higiene de las habitaciones y atender las preocupaciones de los clientes. No recomendaría hospedarse aquí hasta que se resuelvan estos problemas.

El lugar es agradable, el personal muy amable.
El jacuzzi no funciona, estacionamiento para autos muy limitado, no hay servicios por la noche. Las cortinas no cubren por completa el cancel de la habitación, se pierde privacidad.
