In general an excellent stay but the lunch service could be improved a lot. Staff very friendly and helpful but limited English spoken. Very nice room with spectacular views. Pool with swim up bar. Pleasant garden to sit in. Breakfast a bit limited unless you paid extra

Disfruté mucho la estancia.
Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, el hotel muy limpio, vista espectacular, buena comida en el restaurante y la disposición de servicio de todo el equipo muy buena.
La ubicación muy buena también. Cerca de todo lo turístico de Tepoztlán.

Excelente lugar, staff excelente …. pero tengan en consideración que el hotel rentan, organiza , etc fiestas en el el hotel y ahí no tienen consideración por los huéspedes .

Las puertas deben tener cadena de seguridad por dentro de la habitación. La habitación se abre girando la manija hacia arriba aún cuando ya haz colocado el seguro. Todo lo demás excelente !!!
