Estancia agradable
Fuimos a conocer Tepeji del Rio ya que estábamos interesados en un terreno de los alrededores, vi excelentes críticas del hotel y por eso lo seleccioné. La alberca techada con agua templada es lo mejor del sitio, muy limpia y bien cuidada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias.

Solo quieren trasferencias
La recepción solo acepta transferencias, no tarjetas ni efectivo. No sé puede pagar por adelantado, lo que genera mucha dificultad ya que si el ingreso es tarde se vuelve difícil por los procesos ya que algunos bancos no permiten trasferencias en horarios tardíos o dan el comprobante 24 hrs después como fue en mi caso. La atención en la recepción fue grosera y difícil.

NO FUE POSIBLE LLEVAR A CABO MI ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL REAL CAMPESTRE YA QUE LA RESERVA NO SE RESPETO PORQUE DICEN QUE NO SE PUDIERON COMUNICAR CONMIGO, SIN EMBARGO AL DAR DE ALTA LA RESERVACION TENIAN MI TELEFONO Y RESPONDI LOS CORREOS DONDE LO PREGUNTABAN (MI TELEFONO) Y RESPONDI A LA HORA QUE IBA A LLEGAR. CUANDO HABLE ALREDEDOR DE LAS 6 DE LA TARDE ME DIJERON QUE NO TENIA RESERVACION.... TUVE QUE BUSCAR OTRO ALOJAMIENTO.

Great Stay
It was a great stay. We liked the cozyness of the spaces, it was quiet and conformable. The only 2 things that can improve is the beds, because they were a little to hard and the communication with the guests concerning the availability for food after the cooks leave.
