The hotel was nice however the bathroom and elevator were very small. Also the site said it included parking however we were charged part which was two blocks away.

Osvaldo please get better in your job
Osvaldo a front desk guy was rude since my arrival the throw away my drink then I call to the hotel to see I can speak w one on my my roommates and after I got interviewed he said don't provide that kind of service to transfer a call or let them know someone is on the line . Hotel was kind of noise become on top of my room was a restaurant bar so many nights I couldn't sleep well rooms are tiny and you were not allowed to use their AC less than 21 degrees . Never again booking in that hotel

What a great little gem Tepa has to offer thanks to the Estancia Real hotel. From the receptionist to the housekeeping professionals, we always felt welcomed and well attended to no matter the hour. The rooms were clean, spacious and had amazing views of the central plaza. Can’t wait to be back there! Our new home away from home.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, las instalaciones están muy bien, limpio, espacioso y cómodo. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en pleno centro de Tepatitlán, cerca de todo. El descanso es muy bueno, silencioso. Las vistas en los pisos altos muy padres. Tiene un restaurante muy padre en el último piso. Definitivamente recomendable.

Este hotel tiene una buena locación ya que está en frente de las dos plazas principales. Hay muchas opciones cercanas para comer y hacer compras. Está en un área bastante transitada, así que hay mucho ruido durante el día y noche. La suite está bastante amplia y fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel.

Reservé hace 4 semanas, pedí expresamente la habitación familiar, llegó y me dan otra cosa que cuesta el doble!!! Después de 10 horas de viaje y una reserva programada, su opción paga doble o vete!!! Lo cual nos dijo su recepcionista Judith Ramirez, confirmado por la Gerente Rosy Castillo y hasta por el dueño Agustín. Increíble la falta de seriedad, compromiso. Traigo niños y una persona de la 3a edad enferma. No les importa. De manera dolosa lo único que quieren es que pagues más, no dan soluciones, inclusive renococieron por la Gerente Rosy Castellanos y Judith Ramirez de recepción que les pasa bien seguido!!! cómo???? es eso aceptable en un hotel "serio"? Increíble!!! Como no había más hoteles, porque le dije si encuentras donde me quede con mi familia me voy, y no hubo claro, nos tuvimos que quedar ahí, PAGANDO MÁS! osea sin respeto y responsabilidad a la reservación hecha. Y pues, les dejo fotos del hotel que le falta mucha atención . Aaaaaaaaaaaaa y para rematar, su elevador no sirve y tu tienes que subir los 3 pisos las maletas cargadas por las escaleras...
