Excellent location, budget accommodation. As I opened up the room, both my kids said the room smelt like Nanna's house. It smelt like the room hadn't been aired out in a very long time. I then decided to turn the air conditioning on to warm the room (it was 6°C outside) The remote control did not work, I checked the batteries (they looked to be swollen and leaking), I swapped the batteries with the tv remote, and the unit worked and we had heat in the room. The shower took forever to get hot. There was no exhaust fan or heater in the bathroom, so everything in there got wet including my clothes from the steam in the shower. The deadbolt for the door was broken, part of the lock that holds the bolt in place was missing. We had to park on the other side of the complex as there was no park for our room nearby. We boiled the kettle to have coffee for breakfast, but there was no milk.

Very friendly service. Comfortable King Size Beds, clean and simple bathroom. Coffee machine and coffee pods provided, enjoyed that very much. Great location close to restaurants. Will definitely come back next time we travel down from Queensland

Very nice, clean, well-equipped motel close to the centre of town. Reminds me so much of the 90s style motels I used to stay in, which I love. I especially loved the couch in the room - big and so amazingly comfortable, you could fall asleep on it!

This motel is well located and has good parking for guests. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was lovely and comfy, Amenities were good also, TV and aircon worked well, lovely hot shower, wifi worked well and guest laundry facilities were a boon. The staff deserve particular mention, all were friendly and helpful and lady on reception gave me good advice about where to eat in town, as they no longer have dining facilities. I would have liked to stay an extra day as the town has plenty to see.

It’s alright for an overnight stay but the room is really outdated and could do with a decent upgrade, can also hear every noise made by the neighbours next door flushing the toilet literally every few seconds just about which isn’t great when you’re trying to sleep at night
