除了大湯房人實在太多太多，其他我都好滿意。#服務在這裏無論是客房阿姨還是飯堂阿姨都是充滿人情味的，對我那行動不便的老母親，照顧周到。我們心裏暖暖的。#房間設施房間有電視有wifi，除了沒暖氣其他我覺得足夠了。記得自帶抽紙和大浴巾。#衞生雖然設施落後，但是衞生還是可以的，女湯房也有阿姨定時清理垃圾維持秩序，但是組隊長期佔位的情況還是存在的，社恐小女子衹能選擇飯點時來才能躺上蒸床。#性價比包三餐養生泡湯，我覺得高性價比無疑了。

幫爸媽訂的，來這裏的基本都是為了松針燻蒸的長者，爸媽第一次去，沒啥準備。山莊所在地比較偏僻，開車走了一段時間山路才到，房間不大，衞生條件很一般，特別是泡池，兩個免費的泡池加起來大概也就是房間大小，進去一股味道，反正媽媽是受不了。松針燻蒸的床不咋乾淨，很多常去的人都是自備毯子、席子之類的，爸媽沒帶衹好買了一個竹蓆，20元一個。
房間價格是包三餐的，菜式還行，但是給的不多，飯隨便加。
不嫌棄條件簡陋的可以來，温泉是真的，水不錯。

其實環境確實一般，可是有温泉和薰針，還要什麼自行車啊。
反正我覺得很值得來，泡完温泉睡到特別特別香。飯也蠻好吃的。

條件很艱苦，位置很偏最好自駕。
不過好在温泉水質和蒸床的效果，其他就不算什麼了，適合來住幾天，每天蒸泡一次，應該會有療效。
管理服務人員都是熱心阿姨，蠻好的。

攜程上定的這家店，後來一位自稱客服電話給我説沒房間了，讓我去上面50米的外婆家，説是一家人，外婆家房間屬於升級版，結果到外婆家辦理入住，前台一臉懵逼，核實下來根本不是一家人，外婆家房間僅有一個50公分的笑窗户，通風差，房間裏面一大股黴味，沒房間為啥攜程上還可以定得到？所謂的客服有是電話又微信的各種解釋，我新你個鬼哦！

位置：熱海景區山上，山路陡峭狹窄，不好上
環境：舊式療養所，住一樓，但不會很潮濕，房間還比較寬敞，沒有浴室在泡温泉地方洗澡，拿水庫打水，
服務：接待的人還挺熱情。餐廳服務員態度很一般
温泉：買的是公共温泉，温泉水很燙，45-46度，在松針上裸蒸，比較舒服，特別的體驗
餐飲：以前年代飯堂水平，已經做好，菜都一樣人數不同量不同
