非常好的入住和服務體驗！這次是和媽媽來度假，預訂了帶庭院的房間，環境非常舒適愜意，邊泡温泉邊看樹影和天空～酒店本身有早餐和夜宵小零食提供，攜程預訂的套餐裏有下午茶。我們泡完温泉總是被喂得飽飽的。超過一個晚上的續住客人還送免費水罐！酒店的工作人員非常熱情和體貼，我們離開的那天太早了，打不到車，還幫我們迅速聯繫了送去機場的車。庭院好大一個温泉池啊～媽媽説下次還來。
對了老闆老闆你看看我！v5房型下次請推出雙床房可以嗎，方便我們這種和家人或者和朋友兩人出行不習慣和別人一起睡一張床的。雖然也有額外的加床服務但是還是一點點擠。其他都很完美。

服務一流！早餐宵夜温泉體驗一流！環境一流！
能聽到蟲鳴還能看到小松鼠，晴天的夜晚可以看到北斗七星和大熊座！
就是要注意一下室內温泉的房間會因為濕度太高可能會起濕疹。房間內好像看到了抽濕機？還是加濕器，但是沒用…

雖然設施不是很新了，但是私湯足夠大，而且貨真價實的硫磺泉，含了熱海門票，非常方便，出門150米進景區，回酒店衹要270米，早餐還可以送到房間吃。服務員們態度也很好

必須給酒店大大的贊！酒店位於熱海景區的核心地段，風景優美，去景區遊覽也非常近，房間衞生乾淨，一景一物佈置很有意境，房間有院子和很大的私湯泡池，私密性好，工作人員熱情周到有禮，管家小哥介紹房間設施很翔實。有停車位。超值，推薦！

Facilities: The facilities are really bad. The air conditioner didn't cool all night. I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. The toilet didn't flush many times. The lights in the yard were broken and the green plants were dying, but the service from the staff was excellent and they were always available. Breakfast was also delivered to the hotel, and the hot spring bath was very comfortable. The facilities are really bad. I'm sorry for the room rate of 1500 per night. I hope it can be improved.
