温泉好，服務好，但設施老破舊，特別是V4房，洗浴與温泉池用同一個池子，非常影響泡温泉感受。希望儘快重新裝修，否則可惜了這環境。現階段不推薦入住。

酒店就在景區裏面，憑房卡隨時可以去景區的景點，浴池很大，温泉水很好，服務員態度很好，酒店設施有點陳舊了，箱子要爬樓梯提上提下的。

來過騰沖多次 ，騰沖也不缺好酒店，之前也住過高端的如柏聯等，非常不錯。但是我想説， 這一次養生閣的體驗是感受更好的，也是讓我到了退房時間不想離開的酒店。我喜歡這種依山而建的感覺，很自然 ；也喜歡這個池子裏真的有温泉味兒的感覺！ 酒店的服務員告訴我，這是是融合了熱海的幾種温泉的集合，含硫磺和碳酸。就是這股淡淡的硫磺味兒，讓我覺得特別好，泡在身上滑滑的。酒店的小楊管家和小孫都特別熱情，有任何問題都隨時解決，如沐春風。
我感覺，這一定是我後續再來騰沖一定會再次光顧的酒店，雖不奢華，但是就是感覺最棒！
