首先提的是温泉太棒了，酒店服務到位，接機師傅小魏熱情周到，酒店坐落地方特點鮮明，房間乾淨整潔，衞生到位。可惜當時沒照相～

淡季的瑪御谷真的是挺慘淡的，不過對衝著温泉來的人來説並不影響。酒店在旅遊中心對面，淡季服務人員很少，也不太有服務意識，但總體還是可以，衹是性價比稍低，酒店設施比較老舊，懸崖景大家也別太期待了…

這裡是我們到騰沖的第一站，位置相較於城市中心略微遠了點，外賣基本很難到達，但是環境確實靜謐。早餐品種充足、服務可以説是有求必應，總體來説比較滿意。

1、該酒店位置非常好，工作人員非常好，尤其小魏師傅，從接機到酒店一路很好，還陪我們吃了牛肉火鍋，事後一查還是騰沖第一口碑的。前後服務員、早餐廳服務員等都非常好，真正做到待客如家人，這點很難得。2、建議:任何賓館的硬件設施時間長了總要損壞，要及時維修，象香格里拉等品牌酒店，雖然裝飾使用幾十年了，但每個硬件設施都能正常使用。我住的一樓的房間門關門要用大力氣，否則關不了，這不影響周邊住户？

酒店在瑪御谷小鎮，背靠懸崖，房間夠大，房內有泡池，出水57度，水質感覺不錯，還有個小陽台，很適合拍照，室外的空氣很好。

房間寬敞，視線開闊，私密性很好，周圍環境優美，有一片銀杏樹林，逛逛，對面燒烤酒吧一條街。室內温泉泡得很舒服，不是一般的水。陽台夠大，喝茶聊天觀景，每日提供新鮮水果和小零食。建議：洗手枱少一塊放大的化粧鏡；閣樓樓梯有點陡，如果可以的話改進一下就完美了。總體還是滿意的。
