6月10日入住12日退房，晚上10點361房間温度在26～27℃，前台説中央空調沒辦法處理。市場競爭這麼激烈你們這種拿什麼競爭。12日我換了酒店價格和你們差不多，也是中央空調但房間內可以調節温度這樣的酒店才能有回頭客。不改變哪來的機會！
