酒店位置在熱海路上，交通便利，自有停車場有10個車位，門前路邊畫有停車位可以停車，所以停車方便且不收費。酒店房間設施陳舊欠裝修，但空調非常給力，熱水也好，床品乾淨，房間寬敞。樓下餐飲方便，周邊早餐、正餐可有很多選擇。酒店接待團隊，人多時，一部電梯忙不過來，沒有團隊就非常好了。
