這家酒店給我留下了極佳的印象，核心就是：舒心！
從踏入酒店那一刻起，就能感受到員工真誠的微笑和主動服務的意識。不是程式化的問候，而是能感受到他們真心希望客人住得舒服。遇到任何小問題，他們總是第一時間積極解決，讓人感覺很安心、被重視。
酒店的整體設計非常有品味，公共區域寬敞明亮，藝術品點綴恰到好處。房間的佈局合理，採光通風好，隔音效果也不錯（這點很重要！），保證了休息的私密性和安靜。窗外的 [描述景觀] 更是錦上添花，讓心情都變好了。整個環境乾淨、整潔、有序，散發著一種寧靜優雅的氛圍。
入住3天，真正體會到了賓至如歸的感覺。服務與環境相輔相成，共同營造了難忘的舒適體驗。下次來這個城市，這裏絕對是首選！

這酒店就做旅行團就行了，不要掛攜程和其他平台來噁心客户了。先説環境吧，一三年的酒店維護也很差，裝修衹老舊，衞生間到處生黴，喜歡考古的可以來。
前台服務也停留到十年前，態度惡劣，一副你愛住住不住滾的氣勢，下午訂房一個價格，五點來入住同一個房間又是另外一個掛牌價格，於是問前台價格怎麼一天之內幾個小時就變動10%，前台説你找攜程吧，我們不知道。這服務和處理能力也實屬少見！
上午帶小孩去泡個温泉，温泉池非常臟，全是人，這也算了，12:01分回房間，房卡失效了，前台説到了時間就該鎖。九十年代招待所的接待能力你們真的完美復刻！
床單床套都是印花的，晚上睡覺割人，貼身挨着全身過敏，陽台門一關就自動鎖，隨時把人關陽台上。
一樓房間床都是濕的，總之你很難在2025年在任何地方住到設施設備和舒適度這麼差的酒店。
建議：非要來住的話，第一要忍耐隨時變化的價格，憑運氣訂房，第二睡覺穿長褲長袖，不然真的割人，第三要能受氣，前台態度不好。第四接受低性價比，因為騰沖隨便定一個比這裏便宜但是服務好一萬倍的。第五必須十二點收完退房，雖然現在都是亮點退房的時代你主打一個要聽前台安排！千萬別去！媽呀騰沖印象分都整低了

官房大酒店是我們這次芒市、騰沖遊住的三家酒店中最大的驚喜和滿意。在一開始訂騰沖酒店時，擔心的是酒店時間有點久了，但是入住後後悔的就是住的天數太少了：
環境：酒店環境非常贊，滿園熱帶植被、園景的設計很講究。酒店的位置打車去哪裡都很方便。酒店內的泳池、温泉很乾凈，出去玩了一天回酒店後泡泡温泉太舒服了；
服務：酒店就是五星級該有的服務，前台、司機包括餐廳服務員的態度都非常友好。因為我們要訂的房間衹剩一間了，前台就幫我和朋友家庭都升級到了池景套房，房間提供飲料和水果還有茶點，晚上8點後還提供熱牛奶，非常窩心；
酒店內的擺渡車隨叫隨到
設施：酒店的傢俱和家電是老了，但是因為環境和服務完全可以忽略這點。早餐也不錯，騰沖特色的餌塊和稀豆粉味道都不錯。
給酒店點個贊，如果再有機會來騰沖，官房大酒店一定是我的第一選擇。

酒店位置在市中心，周邊🈶滇西抗戰紀念館、和順古鎮、玉泉園，吃火鍋、燒烤、螃蟹也方便，還有酒吧、咖吧，本身酒店自帶餐廳及自助餐。園林環境，及户外泳池温泉是一大亮點。二層樓的房子，較大的房間和露台很舒適。
