自駕旅遊入住此酒店，停車場大，車位很多，進出方便。前台秋華和小濤兩位員工很熱情，也很專業，效率高。房間乾淨，布草潔凈，洗漱用品也齊全，早餐很豐富，是一家性價比較高的酒店。

房間燈光較暗，基礎設施相對落後，外間房子床頭沒有開關和充電插頭，窗户似乎還是壞掉了，關不嚴。房價不低，但設施陳舊，衞生間馬桶仍是老式開關，使用極其不便。作為騰沖規模較大的酒店，改進硬件設施極為重要。
